Richland place has improved so much! The Executive Director is a strong leader who advocates for her residents. When I come in the staff are always friendly and helpful. It's nice to see engaged memory care residents.

My late father was in need of memory care, so I toured Richland Place. Tressa was so welcoming and knowledgeable. The facility was immaculate and the residents seemed comfortable, content and well-cared for. Unfortunately, my father’s condition deteriorated before we could move him to Richland Place. Tressa was so kind and knowledgeable about our options for his care. She checked on us and offered support as we navigated his decline and passing, although we were no longer able to move him to Richland Place. Her knowledge and compassion speak volumes. We were very grateful for her help and support.

I visited several memory care units and this one was one of the nicest with comparative rates. Staff was eager to give us a tour even though we came unannounced. It was very pleasant and residents were calm and happy.

Really clean facility that seems to have a staff that cares. My grandmother loves the variety of activities and good food. Theft doesnt appear to be an issue here as it was at other facilities.
