Several years ago our mom(my MIL) was diagnosed with alzhimers and of course we kept her home a long as possible. Eventually we could see that we could no longer provide the level of care and safety that she needed at home so we enrolled her in Bethesda Heath Care in Eastover, NC. My own mother was there and received excellent care until her passing 18 years ago.(they actually have many employees that are still there- says a lot for the owners*****) Ms. Cynthia Hales is the social worker there and she was so awesome. She was so patient and explained everything in great detail and showed such concern for my MIL. Since Mom has been there(maybe a month and a half) she has received a level of care and compassion that is unlike anything nursing facility I've ever seen. The nursing staff is beyond compassionate and on top of any health concern that arises. I just love Marie and Amy. Diamond is the CNA for mom and can get her to eat when I can't. Beautiful hearts and a genuine love for the elderly. I'm contacted anytime there is a change in my MIL's health or meds. Jessica is the Rec coordinator but she does so many other things. She's so wonderful. I can not say enough positive things about this wonderful place. If you are in a time where you are faced with the fact that you can no longer care for your loved one at home anymore I would highly suggest that you call Bethesda Health Care. I can tell you that when I leave there and go home I feel so secure in the fact that Mom is getting the best care.

Dad had his initial health set-back in May 2021 and hospitalized. Henceforth, we had relocated him five (5) different times based on his level of care required. Once Dad was accepted and admitted to Bethesda HC, it became apparent that Dad was in a compassionate and caring facility. The decision that you can no longer care for a loved one at home is always a difficult one that affects all family members, emotionally, physically and sometimes mentally. The nurses and staff have been doing a superb job taking care of Dad and I'm so grateful for the team efforts at Bethesda. Thank you and May God Bless! ~ G.Riley

We moved our aunt into Bethesda after the last of her nearby family who provided caregiving died suddenly. She went in crying and fussing non-stop but after just 4 weeks, she is thriving. Yes, she still complains but much less so and acknowledges that she is in the best place for her health and well being. The staff at Bethesda have all been graciously working to help her settle in and do whatever they can to make her happier. I've experienced 6 facilities (assisted living and nursing home) with my own parents and none of them compare in quality of care to Bethesda. This includes a 'premier' nursing home in the RTP that costs several times more per month than Bethesda. And a special call out to the custodial service which has Bethesda clean and fresh everywhere and for anyone with nursing home experience, you know that is one of the most challenging and critical tasks.

I Am So Grateful For All Of The Staff That Helped Make Her Life So Much Easier For Her, Especially In Her Final Days! I Wanted To Show Extra Respect And Gratitude To The Nurses And Staff For ALWAYS Allowing Me To Spend EXTRA Time With My Auntie! She Lived To Be 99 Years Old Because Of Your Care! A Special Thank You, To Ms. Andrea, And Ms. Alana! Anyone That I Left Out Please Charge It To My Mind And Not My Heart! (Because You Know That I Knew Everybody). Wow, so I've never reviewed a facility from an employee standpoint but this one I just have to share. I picked up this shift New Years Eve with an agency and was so pleased! The staff was soooo welcoming! Kristie gave me the most thorough report and even did a walk through. So sweet! The residents were very well taken care of! I love a CNA and this facility have ALL the good ones. They're were so attentive and respectful to the residents and cared for them like their own! Absolutely loved that for them! Kiki was reviewing inservices with other staff, You can tell she actually enjoy working for this facility! The food was very good quality, wound supplies and medication was all available (which is rare in LTC)usually 1-2 areas are lacking but not this place. Housekeeping was mopping rooms and hallways even after minor spills I even witnessed her scrubbing a spot that was sticking! Lately facilities have strayed away from "healthcare" and I've noticed a huge downgrade in care throughout the past 20 years of working in SNF but this place is the best I've stepped in within a 55 mile radius! Kudos to the team!!!!!

i have visited Bethesda health care on multiple occasions. Every time that I have visited it has been a good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They all seem like one big happy family. They love their residents and go above and beyond to care for them and make them feel at home.

Bethesda is a wonderful place for your loved one. The nursing staff is attentive and many of them have worked here for years. Since many of the nurses have worked together forever, it really helps with things not falling through the cracks. The office staff is helpful when you are trying to fill out forms for Medicaid. The food is actually very good. I recommend this place for sure!!

We transferred our Dad from another state to Bethesda. He was not getting proper care from his old facility. He was adapted very well at Bethesda. He is finally getting the care he needs and is doing very well. Bethesda staff have demonstrated that they care and have a heart for the elderly. I am so thankful that my Dad is there and so close to my home now. God is good

Bethesda is an old facility with staff that cares. Staff strives to make residents and families happy. Multiple 20 year + employees that care about their residents. Multiple choice menus for the resident to chooses meals daily. Smiles all around, hard working employees.

My wife was sent to Bethesda after a partial hip replacement. Cynthia, took care of all the paperwork and was extremely helpful in making the transition from the hospital to the nursing home pleasant. Jessica, the activities director, took the best of care of my wife and involved her and all the activities. I've seen most of the nursing homes in the area and this is by far the best. If in the future heaven forbid, I have to go to a nursing home this is the one that I would choose. Five stars five stars five stars,, a great place to be if you have to be someone who needs help

You can tell how staff will treat your loved ones from the minute you walk in the door. Staff is wonderful and truly committed. People singing and smiling and greeting you, activities at all times of the day. The staff has longevity and truly loves serving and helping these residents. What a wonderful second impression ! Five stars! Shout out to Bertha staff member who made me and the residents laugh and smile! Thank you for all your staff does!

A few years ago my mother in law spent approximately 8 weeks here to recover from a broken hip. She was placed here again for a different issue. We can't thank the staff for everything they did for her and our family. Both times we were very pleased with the service, attention and compassion. Great group of people who treat you like family.

My Father was moved here in June after he fell at another facility and had surgery for a broken hip. We would not send him back to the other facility as we were so unhappy there. Bethesda's entire staff took such good care of my Father during the last six weeks of his life. They treated with with such kindness, dignity and respect. Everyone we dealt with treated all our family in the same manner. It was always very easy to get nurses on the phone, and the nurses and doctors would call us with questions about his care. I only wish I had known about Bethesda in April when we chose the other facility. It was such a blessing having peace of mind knowing our Father was in such a good place.
