My Mother has lived at HP for a year and a half. The staff is friendly. Maintenance is readily available in my experience. The dining room is in constant turnover. The quality of the food has definitely declined since she moved in. The food is salty and the choices are often two different types of pork and something else. When chicken is served it is often fried. The vegetables are often over cooked. I find it had to believe the meals are nutritious for the residents. I have seen many cracked dishes being used including dinner plates and coffee cups. The prices keep going up and the quality down.

Heritage Place is a great place to work. The staff are friendly and helpful...The facility feels like a second home away from home. The residents are very interesting people with varied stories of experience, life lessons and history that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I would recommend Heritage Place directly to anyone who is looking for a great employment opportunity and possible future career advancement.

The best part about working here is how organized and professional management team is. I've worked at alot of different communities and this is hands down my best experience. Plus I'm learning more and more everyday because of how organized it is. The Residents are so welcoming and Heritage Place is a community I would recommend for anyone.

The care and concern of the staff during COVID is nothing short of inspiring. The residents are cared for, and have been able to thrive, even during a pandemic. While there have been challenges figuring out the new normal of the day, it is wonderful to watch residents families still get to be a part of their lives, even if its not what we are used to. I am fortunate enough to work at this facility, and would definetely reccomend this to anyone looking for placement for a parent or family member.

Everyone deserves a life full of joy, comfort, and overall well-being.Over the course of the last six months of working with Bridge Senior living at Heritage Place, I have noticed a dramatic change for the good between staff, residents and family members when it comes to serving with a purpose and being a responsible steward. Our team in the Dietary Department has been stepping up and providing a better service even during these trying times. We have finally reached a Dietary milestone of serving with a purpose. We will continue to provide excellent service, with a purpose. I am proud of everyones acts of kindness, dedication to service and making a difference. Heritage Place is set for great things, done by great individuals.

Heritage Place has an amazing staff that is professional, kind, and makes the residents feel like they are home. Very responsive, knowledgeable and timely. They are always striving to be better than the rest! And It shows! During this time of pandemics, sickness, and tourmoil their number one priority is the health, wellness, and happiness of every resident. Between the front desk working tirelessy to screen and check any person entering the facility and handling issues that may arise, the dietary staff preparing and delivering meals when covid began, the housekeepers keeping up with all the sanitation standards set, maintenance, and definitely the nursing staff ensuring all the assisted living residents are well taken care of, as well as the directors. These people care and love every single resident like they are their own family.

My grandmother lives here and she loves it. Staff is friendly and helpful and such allows her to live her life independently without a lot of fuss. The cafeteria is excellent and the food is pretty good, but my experience is limited to just lunch. My GM loves it all around and that is what counts!!! They run buses to major shopping areas and other usual places for errands if a resident does not want to or can't drive. This is really helpful in everyway. The buses are decent too. Love to visit because all of the residents love to chat and they are generally friendly all around. Library on second floor is very nice and is organized according to the Dewey decimal system, which is something to remember and miss. I get all nostalgic thinking on those old card files they used back in the day. There is a study area with chairs and such. As one can imagine, access for handicapped is top notch. Elevators are fast and silent and nice and roomy. Hallways are well lit and give good berth for easy movement. Nice outside deck level. Good views of immediate area from higher floors. Nice place all around. If it is still around when I'm older, maybe my lovely bride will put me there!

Heritage Place does great taking care of my dad. They assist him with daily duties like feeding, dressing, grooming, bathing, and medication dispensing. My dad is not happy with the food all the time. There's always something going on for the residents. For us, the price is reasonable.

Caring
Heritage Place is nice and close to my doctor's office. They serve three meals a day. If I go there, I'll have my own private room. The price is right, but I can't afford it right now. I ate there once before, and they have pretty good meals. I also like that I can bring my own car and park it at the back of the building. They have all the activities and amenities, like an indoor theater, and you can take the bus to your doctor's office or shopping or wherever.
