I want to share how much I appreciate Patricia who sets up the schedule for Comfort Keepers but she does so much more. Every time I am worried about something having to do with my mom and her care, I give her a call and she reassures me. This is a difficult time for families when their loved one can no longer take care of themselves. Families, like mine, worry a lot. Patricia is reassuring, confident and puts me at ease every time I talk or text with her. She is an amazing employee.

Getting reliable, qualified senior care assistance is never easy. My needs are for only hours at a time, to support my Centenarian father. What I’ve found is that Comfort Keepers and their manager Sarah, do both - on a days notice.

I have had a wonderful experience with Comfort Keepers. They were really easy to sign up with. I was able to review and was assured all the items I would need assistance with would be no problem. Including giving my dog a walk. I think if she had opposable thumbs she would be writing her own review. 🙂 Anytime I have had any small concern (rarely), I have been able to reach right out to original person I signed up with and we have worked it out together. I would recommend them to anyone looking for Home Health Care.

I dont often write reviews but Comfort Keepers is such an outstanding company and I must give credit where credit is due. They provided excellent care for me for several months when I was first released from the hospital and bed-ridden last year, and again at the end of 2019 to give my sons a break for the holiday season. They also previously cared for my elderly Mom before she passed away. Comfort Keepers Durham is a people oriented company, which are few and far between these days. All of their employees are cheerful, skilled, and conscientious accommodating. Lauren and Carol have been so very helpful and accommodating to both my sons and myself!
