My mom has been here for almost two years. It was great before Covid and will soon be great again. The past year was difficult but the staff did the best they could under the circumstances. The food is really good and great desserts. The a tivites are wonderful and are resuming now. The staff is very caring. Everyone seems happy and content to be here.

My family member has been a resident here now almost 4 years. This last year has been difficult for so many in different ways, especially for our seniors who have had to be isolated from family members. I will say that the staff and caregivers at Carolina Reserve have done a fantastic job of providing engaging activities for the residents considering all the guidelines and limitations. They share many things on social media (w, family permission only) and have really worked hard to provide creative solutions during a challenging time. I am comforted knowing that my family member is in the best possible place for her. Senior leadership has also very responsive at replying quickly via email to concerns and has been welcoming to hearing my concerns.

Carolina reserve is a wonderful assisted living. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Their residents get the best care. They have a Facebook group that shows all the fun events and activities that the residents participate in. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful place for their loved one to live.

My mother became a resident at CR earlier this year. I cannot tell you how much of a relief it is knowing that every day she is getting the most amazing care from a dedicated staff who actually care about her and her well being. Alzheimers is such a horrible disease, and the community at CR has literally given us hope and aid in knowing that my mom is going to have as smooth an experience as possible and get tons of love and attention and affection, as well as be safe and have her care managed properly. And they have handled the pandemic and her safety to the utmost degree. I give CR as many stars as is humanly possible for their work and sense of purpose in helping people age and be safely cared for away from general society.

I am working with Rebecca Jones at Carolina Reserve with the hope of securing placement for my husband in Memory Care. Rebecca has been available for many phone conversations during these days of COVID concerns. She and the Staff (Staff: during a virtual tour) answered my questions and welcomed conversation about the facility. I was able to speak with one of the nurses, the Med-Tech and even one of the residents who wanted to take part. Rebecca recognizes that every facility is not a good fit for a loved one and considers it her job to help a family member find the right fit, even if not at Carolina Reserve. I am impressed with Carolina Reserve and my husband is currently on the wait list for placement.

I appreciate all that you do there for my mom, and I really appreciate the increase in your efforts and programs to support the residents especially during the pandemic and visitor restrictions. In a way, this has really been such a blessing. Of course I miss seeing her in person terribly but knowing about all the activities, 1 on 1 time, outside time, afternoon tea, etc it really means a lot to know about the enrichments you and your team are providing there. I know my mother will really appreciate the new music therapy that will be a 1 on 1 encounter. Music has always been a huge part of her life, and having this program will be such a great enhancement for her! Thank you to all the awesome staff and caregivers there!
