I was in a bind. I had to find a place for my mom fast. She was being priced out of her current Memory Care facility. Then I met up with Candice Myers at Preston House in Charlotte. From my first meeting I felt like we were home. My mom was welcomed and fit right in. Candice was able to show me around and explained everything in an easy process. She really stepped up for me and my mom in a difficult situation. Candice toured us around Preston House and everyone was so friendly. We met Drey who keeps the place neat and in shape. We could have talked all day. I met Rhonda the Wellness Director and she took such a great interest in my mom. I could keep going on but I just want to say - I am so glad we found Candice, Drey, Rhonda and all the other people at Preston House. Mom is doing great.

Preston House is a unique senior living community, a gem in north Charlotte that offers a haven for those living with Alzheimer's and various forms of dementia. This senior living community, consisting of two buildings, is very charming, welcoming, and cozy, with the onsite team providing good care and peace of mind for their residents' family members. My team and I have worked with the onsite Executive Director, April Goodman for over 4 years now, through COVID and have been very impressed with her professional abilities as a compassionate and diligent leader. We also work with the onsite Sales Director, Candice Myers, entrusting her to connect with our clients, as we assist them in finding the best option that fits their loved one's important care needs. Candice is always professional, she is never pushy, while being understanding of the emotional journey and all that is involved. We greatly appreciate and value our professional partnership with this Navion Community.

My beautiful wife for 46 years is a resident here at Preston House I visit everyday and I m just amazed at the love caring that the entire staff give.April has brought in the best group that love your family like you would wish for.I would not look any further trust me I see everything and I love the family we have become Now let's get a cure

We had to find a memory care facility for my aunt Ruth last year and in a very divine fashion, we were blessed to find Preston House Memory Care. I used to own a home care business so Im a little leery about leaving a loved one in someone elses care where I cant see whats going on versus having her at the house where I have some kind of control on witnessing care. But I can attest to this place because my aunt was very happy being a resident there. The staff were very caring, a lot of them went above and beyond to make sure my aunt was well taken care of, including protecting her from any interference from anyone or anything that may deviate her from her care. They were always communicating with me on her status, her care, and or anything that she may need. We lost our aunt this year(2020) from natural causes, but on her home going service, a few of the staff came to speak about my aunt that made me feel just that much more appreciative of their team. I know my aunt Ruth is smiling down from heaven when she heard what the staff had said about her, but as someone who was in charge of making sure she received the best care we can afford, Preston House was definitely well worth it! From my family, thank you staff of Preston House for all the things that youve done to make sure my aunt Ruth was comfortable, taken care of, and safe.

While the decision to place a loved one in Assisted Living is a hard one Preston House helped ease those fears. Their team is kind and helpful in anyway they can be. Preston House feels more like hidden jewel. A small community where it feels like home in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Preston House is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in the staff were all friendly, smiling and very attentive to each resident. They seem to always have an activity going on to engage the residents and keep them busy. The common areas are very clean and each resident has their own private bedroom decorated with their personal effects so it feels like their bedroom at home. I highly recommend Preston House.
