My uncle has been there for almost 2 and 1/2 years now, I remember when he first came there how he was pretty much a recluse and could not walk. But now he is a totally different guy & next week he's expected to be getting his own apartment and walk right out of the door. The teams there are really good, polite, and hard working, also a very clean place with no odors. And although no place is 100% perfect, This has been the perfect place for my uncle, his rehab and mental well-being, thank you Everyone for all your professionalism and help on his behalf! W. J.

Love the therapy team & how they play in active role in helping residents become more independent. The CNA's work hard on the floor to provide exceptional care for the residents. The leadership team does a great job managing this facility!

My experience at this establishment was great my mother was there only for a few days before transferring to another facility even though she speaks limited English the staff there was courteous and accommodating to all her needs. They were able to transport her to the new facility and make her as comfortable as possible. I would like to thank every one at Accordius for all of their help and support in my mother's care.

I'm surprise my mother in law enjoyed the food here compared to the pervious review we were quite skeptical of this facility. Thank God when she was transferred here and we were able to see the facility close and personal. Since my mother in law was admitted here she was able to gain enough strength in therapy and was able to return home. Thank you for your wonderful customer servic

The community went over and beyond to provide excellent care for our dad during his days there. Natalie and Nivera were awesome along with the staff on the Covid unit. During our dad's transition we were kept informed. Each time we visited he was clean and comfortable. Thank you

I would rate this facility a 5. They helped my grandmother recover from Covid. The staff was awesome and her social worker Natalie Gary was the best! She was nice, caring, and very thorough with the information I received about my grandmother. Now we are on the road to recovery.

Accordius Health at Charlotte has many new renovations occurring along with a new leadership team. They have been wonderful to work with!

My experience was excellent. My dad was well taken care of, even in difficult moments with Covid, then hospice they voiced and demonstrated concern and made sure dad was clean, room was clean. Nurses, CNA, Hospice care and administrative. All I can say is thank you.

My sister is there and Untreated for we want to get her out but they won't even let us bring her home she has gangerie and is not cared for..for months... no dr has came to look at it to see how is she healing this place is a death trap please do not let your family go hear They will suffer sometimes they leave her in her fall asleep in the wheelchair all night in the hallway cause nobody puts her in bed if she's not three at a certain time just horrible...
