Brookdale Meadowmont as been a real Godsend for my mom. When she was unable to live on her own, I worried that she would not find a place where she would feel at home. I was so wrong! The staff are so kind and caring and the activities are great. My mom says that she feels at home!

This facility was the first one I've toured that felt like my mom would get the care like her family might give. Everyone I met was friendly, and there is longevity in staff here that you don't normally see. Also, they have 4 stars with DHHS, which means they are consistently good over time. We ended up putting my mom in Independent Living, but this was my top choice for AL.

My family and I have visited a few places and I must say this facility was very inviting. I was greeted by the sweetest people. The sales guy was super friendly. The head lady was also sweet. She answered all my questions. They was also nice enough to let us stay and eat lunch. The food was great. The staff was very attentive and friendly. This is definitely the place we are considering for our dad. Thanks alot Brookdale.

I transferred a parent to Brookdale Meadowmont from a local rehab facility in early 2022. The rehab had been a nightmare of neglect and abusive staff. By contrast, Brookdale Meadowmont was run by attentive individuals who welcomed my parent and attended to their needs, despite the fact that they were only going to be a temporary resident. After the rehab nightmare, I knew the danger signs to look for and I saw none of them at Brookdale Meadowmont. Staff were responsive, attentive and pleasant, the facility was well maintained and there was a strong sense of community among the residents. My impression based upon a limited stay was extremely positive.

This community is small, homelike, the associates along with managers have all been there for many years and it has been completely renovated. This community is a true diamond in the rough for those fortunate enough to select this community. The residents openly boast about how happy they all are.

I can't say enough great things about this place. While searching Google looking for care for my grandfather I called Brookdale and got far more than I asked for. Not only is the facility top notch but the staff is caring and professional. When I called Brookdale I was frustrated with the process of trying to find senior care. Ms Thomas made a special point to guide me through the process and educated me on every resource possible while my grandfather was still in the hospital. I could truly tell she cared on a personal level which made us feel welcomed from day one. Anyone would be blessed to be able to find a place where they can rest easy knowing their loved ones are being cared for with the best quality care around.

I have been searching for an assisted living community for my mother and I was fortunate enough to meet Rebekah at Meadowmont. I loved the atmosphere there and everyone I meant from my first tour through my follow up visits. Rebekah and Ty have gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition for my mother from her rehabilitation facility to Meadowmont. All their help has made this process so much easier on me. I feel my mother will be well cared for at Meadowmont and she will love being part of the community there.

My mother lived at Brookdale Meadowmont for 5 months in 2021. She was ambulatory, in assisted living, and had moderate dementia. She felt at home there with residents and staff, enjoyed the lunch bunch outings, the musicians who entertained residents, birthday celebrations for residents, and sitting on the porch, chatting and relaxing. I visited her twice a week on average. I felt immediately comfortable with all staff members, was welcomed at the front desk on arriving. Staff told me right away how my mother was doing as soon as they saw me; I didn't even have to ask first. They knew who I was there to visit. I appreciated feeling seen and known in this smaller facility every time. I noted harmony and supportiveness between staff members. My mother had short term memory impairment, was unable to learn and retain names, but I was pleased to see that as she walked the halls, staff would greet her and pick up chatting with whatever previous rapport they each had, which was usually good-natured kidding around banter. This helped her feel at home. Twice the staff got in touch with me for situations that arose which concerned them; they were observant and communicated well. I had complete confidence that my mother was in good care, in fact I took a week of vacation and I relaxed knowing all would be well. One morning in October, my mother didn't show at breakfast. They checked on her and found that she had passed away peacefully in her sleep. I was notified immediately in a very compassionate and professional way. The proper protocols were followed that morning as outlined in her care plan. Staff stayed with me, keeping me informed as well as supported. Staff were so caring, professional, and conscientious that day, as well as every day she lived there. They have my deepest appreciation for the work they do, and gratitude for the care my mother received. Bless you all!

I was really impressed by this facility! It tells me a lot that many of the staff members have served there for over a decade. The staff takes time to really know all of the residents, and make the family members feel confident in making a challenging decision about care for their loved one. It may not be the shiniest, newest, place in the research triangle; but the consistency and care of the staff makes Brookdale a diamond of a place. I want to thank them for their incredible communication with me and my partner throughout the entire process! Definitely take a good look at this place when you're considering a location for additional care.

I visited Brookdale with my mom over the Thanksgiving holiday, toured the facilities with Rebekah and met the entire staff. We were impressed with the kindness and professionalism of everyone we met, the length of time many of them had been working at that location and with the available services. While my mom is not quite ready for assisted care, we will definitely consider Brookdale meadowmont when that time comes.

I toured this facility as I was looking for a potential assisted living facility for a family member. I was very impressed with Rebekah and the staff I met. The director even stopped to introduce herself. I liked the size of the facility and it felt more like a community, than a "facility".

My mother has lived in Clare Bridge at Brookdale Meadowmont for half a year. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of the quality of care delivered with an extra dose of love. Much gratitude to the entire staff and administrators. They excel at what they do.

My 88 year old Dad has been there one month and I could not be happier! Staff on all levels are very friendly and have addressed my questions and concerns immediately. There are opportunities for the residents to go out on supervised trips and I was thrilled that my Dad went out to a local steakhouse with some of the other residents. His room is spacious and clean and the food is plentiful and served hot and snacks are always accessible for the residents. There are times that Dad calls me at night and has a concern. I have been able to call the facility - even in the middle of the night - and the phone is answered by the second ring and they check on him for me! I have great peace of mind with Dad living in this facility! Thank you, Meadowmont!

My Mom has been at Brookdale Meadowmont for 6 years now. We have always found the care excellent, first in the assisted living part, and now memory care. Although there has been some turnover in staff, which is common in the home health care business, all of the staff at Brookdale have been, and continue to be caring, helpful and supportive.

My Mother moved to Brookdale Meadowmont in November 2016 and I don't think we could have hoped for a better experience. Management and staff were very caring and helpful. Mom had a great room that felt like home to her. She enjoyed many of the activities and liked the food. Hospice and the very caring management and staff were with her and the family when she passed away in early May. I highly recommend Brookdale Meadowmont as a home away from home for family members needing assistance.
