The Springs is a very special place. They took wonderful care of my grandmother when she lived there. The staff was always friendly and caring to their patients and their families. The facility is very nice and accommodating to families as well. We were able to use their beautiful community room to privately celebrate birthdays and holidays with my grandmother. We will always hold a special place in our hearts for The Springs and their wonderful staff.

We moved my mom into the Springs at Butte a few weeks ago. She had lived in her previous home for 60 years; therefore, I thought it would be a challenge to convince her to move. Once she saw her cottage and met some of the people, her mood changed from sad to excited. SHE LOVES THE SPRINGS! Kristen C made this transition incredibly easy. She, along with Faith, brought flowers to my mom when she moved in. I will be forever grateful to Kristin for everything she has done for us and for making my mom feel very welcome and comfortable. In addition, Andrew visited my mom to discuss activities. She loved him. Lydia visited my mom to discuss cleaning. She loved her. My mom's first visit to the dining area was another positive experience as the staff treated her like a queen and has called her by name since day one. The other residents were extremely welcoming, and one of them even called her to make sure she was coming to dinner. I can't say enough great things about this place. It has given me peace knowing my mom is safe and being treated in such a positive manner. Not only will this provide my mom with quality of life and purpose, but it has eased my stress and worry as well. Thank you to Kristen C. and the Springs! The entire place and community is outstanding!!!

My family and I have rented the community center at The Springs of Butte several times. It is so beautiful and comfortable. The price is unreal- very affordable. The staff is so easy to deal with. The room is always clean and set up as we requested. If anyone is looking to rent a space for a group gathering- definitely check this place out. It’s beautiful.

I feel extremely blessed and fortunate to have my husband, Dan, residing at The Springs in Butte. He is cared for in every way possible. He has dementia and lives in the Memory Care wing. He is safe, active, groomed and loved. I feel he is absolutely in the BEST place possible. The staff members of The Springs are friendly and efficient. The residents and their families feel comfortable. VERY GRATEFUL!

My Mom has been at the Memory Care for about 3 yrs, the care team is wonderful, keeping her busy with fun daily activities, healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. I highly recommend The Springs because it feels like home to her.

Look no further. The Springs of Butte is a special place. The facility is very nice with more than adequate rooms for the residents. The dining room is well appointed and the food is nutritious and delicious. What makes the Springs of Butte so special are the people !!! The employee’s are so engaged and make everyone fell heard and loved. They have an amazing way of getting all the residents involved and included. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping crew, kitchen staff, healthcare workers and the activities directors the Springs of Butte is the place to be. I can’t say enough about how well my widowed mom is doing there. She is absolutely thriving thanks to the Springs of Butte.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Tonya and Andrew from the life enrichment team. They are amazing and The Springs at Butte is very blessed to have them. The activities and outings they take the residents on are incredible. My mom was a resident there for many years and always enjoyed the outings. From the boat ride through the Gates of the Mountains to a day at Virginia City or a ride to visit the candy store in Phillipsburg, she was never disappointed. Taking the residents on such excursions is no small task either, many with walkers or wheelchairs, and Tonya and Andrew embark on these adventures full of excitement and ready for any challenge that may arise. The love and joy they bring to their job each and every day is such a precious gift. My mother-in-law is now a resident there and we are so thankful for the life enrichment activities that brighten her day. The amazing party/band they had for Halloween last fall was incredible, and the recent visit of the Edmonton Bagpipers was a huge hit one she talked about for days. So thank you for the wonderful gift of these two team members they truly go above and beyond in making the residents days a little more special.

I absolutely love The Springs!! My Girl Scout Troop loves visiting the residents!! They are all always so sweet to the girls! The staff is top notch!! I love working with them and planning every year to visit. They care about their residents, their community, and the work they do is exceptional!

When we decided to move our Mom into an Assistant Living facility, we researched several options in the Butte area. The Springs was the one we chose for many wonderful and positive reasons. Their compassionate and loving care for my mom, and all the residents, is a level above! If we have any concerns, they are always willing to offer help and solutions. One of the main highlights at the Springs is their Life Enrichment Program. The stimulation the program provides makes a huge difference in the quality of our moms daily life. Our nightly phone calls often center around the activities the program provides! The games, the parties, and the excursions on the new bus are a daily highlight for her. The effort by all staff members in providing an enhanced quality of life for mom has given us peace of mind in knowing she is well cared for.

The Springs has been a blessing for our family and exceeded our expectations! My Dad is in failing health and needed a caring and clean atmosphere where he would be valued as a human and given the respect he deserves. His previous living arrangements were physically and emotionally very bad and affecting his health. He has told me on numerous occasions that his cottage has provided the best possible living conditions he has experienced in 40 years. All of the staff are positive, responsive, patient, client oriented, and truly care about the residents. According to Dad, The Springs is designed to make life as good as possible for you. From my perspective, the quality of care is outstanding, and the staff make protecting the privacy of residents a priority. It is obvious that the staff at The Springs enjoy their jobs and are fulfilled by making the lives of the residents better “ many staff have tenures of longer than 10 years! The service is so good that Dad brags about The Springs whenever he is out in public. Kristin and Lauren have been exceptionally helpful, and I am so thankful for them and all of the staff! For a primary caregiver with a full-time job, the help I have received since moving Dad into The Springs has been a major stress relief and has also improved the quality of my life - thank you! P.S. The food is amazing, and the Monte Cristo sandwich and carrot soup are out of this world .

Last week, I had the opportunity to visit The Springs at Butte. This place is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth and coziness---there was even someone playing the piano for the residents. The Springs' intention to create a homey and engaging atmosphere for its residents is very apparent. The staff is friendly, kind and accommodating. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We held an event in the community center and would hands-down recommend a visit to The Springs at Butte.

The contact number for residents is disconnected. The 800# send you into a circular system with no end and the only people on that line clearly do NOT speak English as a mother tongue. Impossible to understand and the shove you off to an automated system that goes in circles! This place is less human than the county jail system.

I cannot say enough good things about The Springs at Butte. As I watch my parents age and become more reliant on the people (family) around them it is a huge relief to know that The Springs has stepped in and provided not just a place for them to live, but a HOME for them to thrive in. I have seen my dad go from depressed and simply unwilling to take part in living to the smiling, active, joking dad I've always known. On those days that's he's not himself (more and more now), I KNOW that he is still heard and he is loved and cared for. My mom is kept active and involved in so many different things, too! She helps in the greenhouse, takes walks, gets to go shopping and take outings to all sorts of interesting places! I am so thankful to have a place like The Springs in our lives. The facility is beautiful and made more so by the people who work there. Faith is so compassionate and invested in the people she and her team take care of. Tonya is always coming up with something fun, and Andrew....I can't even put into words what he has done for not just my parents, but every resident there. THANK YOU!

I can’t give enough stars to The Springs in Butte. They provided excellent care for my mother over the past 4 months. They were compassionate, genuine, and developed meaningful relationships with her and our family. They always treated her with respect and demonstrated loving concern for her well being. Although she was not able to participate in the activities due to being in the last stages of her life, we were impressed with the effort that was put into fun activities and enrichment opportunities. She would have loved them! The staff was always attentive to our needs as well, going above and beyond our expectations. We can’t thank them enough.
