My mom is an independent living resident. The majority of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nicole welcomed her and included her in activities since day 1 and mom is able to utilize opportunities for social interactions. Mom appreciates the opportunity for exercise classes, walks and gym time. Concerns and praises with meals have been voiced. When visiting, always greater and treated with kindness. Piper and Erin were quite helpful with several tough situations. I'm at ease knowing mom is in a safe and caring environment.

I recently visited Big Sky Senior Living and was so impressed! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and you could feel the genuine care they have for the residents. The community was bright, clean, and inviting, with so many activities and smiles all around. It’s clear this is a place where seniors can truly feel at home. Mom is at home, living at Big Sky on Waterford, for the last 14 months. Her apartment allows her to live independently while enjoy an amazing view of the East Ridge, flowers on her balcony, and baking cookies to share with her new friends. There are daily activities for her to choose from and has found the exercise room, sit and fit, happy hour, weekend movies, and resident meetings to be on the top of her list. We live close enough to walk up to visit and have found the staff to be welcoming and accommodating.

In June I got my brother into Big Sky on Waterford. I couldn’t be happier. My brother is extremely happy there. He is so well taken care of. Absolutely every single staff member is so kind and helpful to him. Seriously this place has been a huge blessing. Thank you each and everyone.

I am so happy we chose Big Sky memory care for our mom. After our dad passed away over 4 years ago, my mom was diagnosed with LewyBody Dementia. She lived with me and my husband for 2 years but she was depressed and hallucinating all day long. This place seemed the best choice for my mom as she still has the feeling of being independent but safe. The apartment like atmosphere is spacious and comfortable. She has trained persons and staff around to help her and who know how to redirect her when she is confused. Her spark for life is back and she likes to be apart of the activities offered. It was so hard to make this decision because there have been so many changes in moms life the last several years. We just want her to enjoy the years she has left and this place has provided that. If you are looking for the best place for your loved one to live in a safe, comfortable, and very positive atmosphere, with staff that seems to be enjoying their role as caretakers, this is it.

I've lived at Big Sky for 1 1/2 years. It's a great place to live. Home away from home. The food is terrific, the hospitality is marvelous. I highly recommend this place.

The activity department hosts bingo 3 times a week with awesome prizes for each lucky winner! It is always a great turnout and we love seeing everyone’s smiling faces! Players can even win Big Sky Bucks to spend in our very own General Store. Just one of the awesome efforts to improve everyone’s day to day life:)

The care they give the residents is amazing. And if your family members need memory care. The staff back on that unit do so much with the residents . And understand their needs. I highly recommend Big Sky living .

Ive had a couple experiences trying to find my mom a good place to live where she is well taken care of and a place that she enjoys. Big Sky is just that place. The food is amazing the staff has been great as well no complaints. Kelly is a great administrator who is running an amazing building! Highly recommend!

Wonderful facility - very caring staff, very well maintained building and apartments. They even have a gym with various easy to use exercise equipment. I have eaten in their dining room (while visiting relatives) multiple times over the years and found the food to be very tasty.
