I've lived at Big Sky for 1 1/2 years. It's a great place to live. Home away from home. The food is terrific, the hospitality is marvelous. I highly recommend this place.

I am so happy we chose Big Sky memory care for our mom. After our dad passed away over 4 years ago, my mom was diagnosed with LewyBody Dementia. She lived with me and my husband for 2 years but she was depressed and hallucinating all day long. This place seemed the best choice for my mom as she still has the feeling of being independent but safe. The apartment like atmosphere is spacious and comfortable. She has trained persons and staff around to help her and who know how to redirect her when she is confused. Her spark for life is back and she likes to be apart of the activities offered. It was so hard to make this decision because there have been so many changes in moms life the last several years. We just want her to enjoy the years she has left and this place has provided that. If you are looking for the best place for your loved one to live in a safe, comfortable, and very positive atmosphere, with staff that seems to be enjoying their role as caretakers, this is it.

This is a review from an employee standpoint: I worked several years in a high stress position, with a massive turnover rate due to problems with managers and excessive workloads. I can't begin to tell you what a relief it is to work in an environment like Big Sky. Not only do "stressful days" get handled in an easy, professional manner but the rest of the staff always makes sure you know that they are available to assist in any way. No one gets thrown to the wolves (or under the bus for that matter). One of my favorite things about the Big Sky team is that they take their mission statement 100% seriously. They don't simply use it as a marketing ploy. "Caring People. Serving People. Improving Lives". The fact that they make sure to hire people that also take those word seriously is what makes Big Sky truly different. Everyone strives to live up to that statement, which makes the employees satisfied about the work they're doing and in turn, shows in the lives of our residents. I've worked a lot of different places, different environments; Big Sky is the first place I've ever encountered that takes what they do to heart - From the top of the corporate ladder all the way to the individual staff. It seems to me like the new management has made all the difference. It's a truly wonderful place to experience.

Beautiful place for people to reside. Staff is friendly and professional. Accommodations are great. The tree display during the holidays is impressive!

The activity department hosts bingo 3 times a week with awesome prizes for each lucky winner! It is always a great turnout and we love seeing everyone’s smiling faces! Players can even win Big Sky Bucks to spend in our very own General Store. Just one of the awesome efforts to improve everyone’s day to day life:)

Wonderful facility - very caring staff, very well maintained building and apartments. They even have a gym with various easy to use exercise equipment. I have eaten in their dining room (while visiting relatives) multiple times over the years and found the food to be very tasty.

My brother had visited this community and really liked it. We looked at three others and this one was on top. The community provides a grassy area to sit around and relax. It is located right next to a golf course and country club. When we call the staff does not hesitate to provide an update. My niece goes up and visits her from time to time and everything is going very good so far. We are very pleased with the community so far.
