My mother was a resident at Spring Creek Inn for 14 months and recently passed. Her care at SCI was exemplary and underscored by the loving care of all the staff. The more time I spent with her at SCI the more apparent it was that the staff were deeply engaged in her health and well being. In this time of staffing difficulty nationally somehow SCI has recruited and retained a skilled and dedicated team that works cohesively across all disciplines from nursing to food preparation to laundry. A difficult task well done. Thank you SCI.

My brother has been at Spring Creek Inn for several years. At this point I feel like the staff there is family. They are, especially the nurses, very willing to pay special attention to him when needed and to work through any difficulties he may encounter with knowledge and compassion. I especially recommend the fact that they have 24 hour nursing care. They all are a dedicated staff who are bravely and skillfully working in the difficult environment we all are facing.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Spring Creek in Bozeman. We chose this facility because of the reputation the staff and management have in Bozeman. The staff have shown kindness and respect to us and our father. The staff have respected and supported his transition to the facility, making our father and us feel welcome and supported. Through the process it is apparent our father has benefited from the kindness, nutrition and support while at Spring Creek in Bozeman. These are tough times for all of us. The staff are always there to assist him with our video calls; helping him through the process. To hear his voice and see his smile is wonderful. Knowing staff are always attentive is priceless. when I stop by to drop off things for our father; they are always quick with a comment that is caring and shows compassion. I would recommend to any who needs a facility to care for their love ones to contact Spring Creek in Bozeman.

Placing your loved one in a memory care community is one of the most difficult decisions youll need to make in your adult life. I used to be frightened of the idea of this happening to our family. Boy was I wrong. Now I cannot imagine not having our Dad in Spring Creek Inn. They are loving, caring, attentive, friendly, great communicators and they truly care for our Dad. Our Dad, like many others felt that this is the last place he would would want to be. However, Spring Creek Inn is quite different from what your mind set is when you think of a care facility. Our Dad is very happy and now I cannot imagine him not being there. We feel that he is loved and cared for by the incredible staff. I see the friendship between him and the staff and love the little updates. Im no longer worried about our Dad, he is in a loving and carrying hands. I cannot say enough about the staff, especially Jenny. Thanks for everything that you do, you are what makes this place so special.

For over a year I was getting confused, angry, scared, and feeling like I must be crazy. I was ready to get off the fence and finally seek help about those feelings. At that point I typed in the name of my city along with dementia support group (memory was an issue) with my spouse. Bingo! There was a listing for Koelsch support and I made the call. I spoke with Jenny, who reassured me I was not crazy and that many of the reactions and feelings I had were common to so MANY spouses while things are changing. Jenny was kind and supportive, let me vent a bit, and led me to a Koelsch Zoom support group in Arizona. I exploded my frustrations and confusion, only to have everyone say it all was part of the process of losing a relationship I had relied on for so many years. I then joined another support group (all on Zoom, due to COVID) and began learning the steps that I needed to take. It was life changing and the members of the groups are my FAMILY. Koelsch saved my life. Thank you Koelsch community.

I am so deeply appreciative of the care that Spring Creek provides in Bozeman, and especially in this incredibly difficult time, COVID-19 times. The staff takes amazing care of the residents. It was a big weight lifted from my shoulders to be able to have my husband moved at Spring Creek as it had become exceedingly difficult for me to take care of him while keeping him safe and entertained. This place is really an outstanding facility, with great activities, that is clean and well kept. Residents and family are treated with respect. The personal is always kind, compassionate and helpful.

Why Spring Creek? After researching what I wanted from a care center for my husband with Alzheimers, I felt Spring Creek met those criteria: 1) loving care, 2) Keeping residents active with various activities,3) Encouraging residents to be away from their room to mix with other residents. For my husband, I liked the music therapy as he always loved to sing and classical music. I liked the idea of leaving my husband for some day care prior to placing him there permanently. This gave him the opportunity to adapt and at least have a clue as to where he was going to live. The staff has been wonderful in keeping me updated on his health and progression of Alzheimers.Prior to COVID, I visited frequently and always found kind and gentle staff working with the residents and I am sure they continued this even though I could not visit except the window visits. When he entered into hospice care, the staff kept me informed and helped me deal with this coming to the end of his life

I looked at other memory-care facilities in Bozeman and chose Spring Creek Inn. Speaking with the director and nursing supervisor before deciding, I detected genuine concern for my mothers best placement. They listened to my observations, spoke with her doctor, and reassured me that SCI would be a safe and comfortable place for her to live. In addition, they worked with me as my mom transitioned from a more independent facility, and exhibited a great deal of fear, anxiety, and anger. My mother has been at Spring Creek Inn about five years. My respect for the care they provide has grown with each passing season. I trust the SCI staff, knowing they have my moms best interest in mind at all times. Days when I have felt frustrated with her behavior or words, the staff at SCI has taken the time to calm my nerves, and help me put things in perspective. I very much appreciate that they call me if there is a change in meds, a change in behavior, or a physical incident such as falling. The activities at Spring Creek are many and engaging. Sometimes I will plan my visits so that I can participate! The staff takes much time to offer fun, healthy experiences to the residents. I have observed them treat every community member with patience and dignity. They are truly remarkable! While going through the laborious and painful process of applying for Medicaid, and then a waiver bed, the staff at SCI supported me with their patience and encouragement. They understood what the trauma of leaving would do to my mother, and helped make it possible for her to stay.I sing the praises of SCI to anyone looking for memory-care. With all my heart, I believe it has made my moms final years the best they could be. I am filled with gratitude for the Spring Creek Inn community! Most sincerelyKathi TulliDaughter of Betty Lanzendorfer

The staff at spring creek went above and beyond to care for my mother. They took excellent care of her, she would tell me about the girls and how they made her special hot chocolate and made sure she was always warm and comfortable.During the COVID limit visiting it was hard not to visit with her. But knowingShe was so well taking care of it, it sure made it easier.Thank you all for taking such good care of my mother.

Our family has been very happy with Moms care at Spring Creek Inn. As anyone knows who is dealing with a loved one with memory loss, the experience is difficult. It was easy for us to choose Spring Creek Inn for several reasons. The facility is very welcoming, clean, tastefully decorated and the staff was friendly and helpful from the beginning. It was also very reassuring to us that they have an RN on duty twenty four hours a day. They are kind caring and compassionate in person and on the phone. I cant say enough good things about the staff from the directors, front office, RNs, CNAs, laundry, dining facilities and activity director. They treat the residents with kindness, compassion and a smile. We also liked the fact that there are activities for the residents to take part in all day, if they choose.

In January, 2016, my three brothers and I faced the issue of finding a memory-care facility in the Bozeman area for our dear mother. Moms Alzheimers had progressed to the point where we had to move her from assisted-living to a memory-care facility. The four brothers visited all of the memory-care facilities in the Bozeman area, and we all agreed enthusiastically that Spring Creek Inn seemed, by far, the best. We found Spring Creek Inns building and layout very attractive, and the staff seemed very nice. Looks can be deceiving, but not in this case. It was a bit of a struggle to move Mom to SCI, but within her first two or so hours there my brothers and I sensed we had made the right choice. The people who work at SCI are, simply put, extraordinary. From the moment Mom arrived to her passing away recently, the brothers have been overwhelmingly impressed by the culture of SCI: The attention, engagement, and compassion of the staff, at all levels, are beyond remarkable. In addition to the incredible SCI staff, as my brothers and I spent more and more time at SCI, we began to realize how much thought had been put into the physical layout of the facility and how residents would spend their time there. SCIs approach is to engage its residents to the greatest degree possible. Every day, just about every waking hour, there is something for residents to do. Residents are encouraged not to sit alone in their rooms but to participate in the various activities offered every day. And the activities generally are jam-packed with residents who are very engaged. And to top it all off, my brothers and I had many lunches with Mom, and the food at Spring Creek Inn is pretty darn tasty. In summary, and in all honesty, I do not see how a memory-care facility could be created and operated better than Spring Creek Inn.

We found Spring Creek Inn a year and a half ago when we realized that we could no longer care for mom. Since the day we moved her in, the staff has treated her like family. They care for her and love her. We have never worried about her well being, knowing that she was cared for and loved. We will be forever grateful.

My three brothers and I decided a while ago that it was time to move our dear mother, Emma Joy, from assisted living to a memory care facility. We visited a number of facilities, but pretty much knew immediately that Spring Creek Inn (SCI) would be the best place for her. We could not have been more correct. We were initially concerned Mom might have adjustment problems, but there was no need for this concern; Mom very much liked SCI immediately and has continued to do so. The public space in the SCI building is brilliantly thought out in that the vast majority of residents are rarely in their rooms; they are out interacting with other residents and staff. But it really is the staff which is extraordinary. Their warmth and attention to the residents is truly amazing. My brothers and I rest easy when were not visiting Mom, knowing that she is in a fantastic place with wonder people.

My mother, Jean Ellison, spent the last 30 days of her almost 97 years Spring Creek Inn. (August 31-Sept 30, 2016). Those were the best days of her last two years of being confined to memory care centers. The staff management, the cleanliness of the facility, the at home atmosphere, all made this such a wonderful, calming end of life experience for my mother family. We cant thank everyone enough. I would strongly recommend this facility for any family loved one.

Our experience at Spring Creek Inn has been absolutely unbelievable. The facility is beautiful in every aspect. The staff has an unbelievable interaction with their patients. They show such caring patience and love. If you have a loved one who you want and who needs the highest standard of care, Spring Creek Inn is definitely the place you want to check out. From our first visit we were very impressed and we have not been disappointed. There is such a comfort in knowing that your loved one is being well taking care of.It is hard to hand over the care of a loved one to someone else, but they have made the transition much easier because of their professionalism and their giving of compassionate care.

Spring Creek Inn is absolutely the best place Mom could be. Mom was in another memory care place before Spring Creek and the service was OK, but we really didnt know how good the care could be until she was at Spring Creek. Everything is awesome there. The day to day staff is wonderful, they always know her name, and mine too! The nutritionists and nurses are incredible, looking after her to make sure she is as healthy as possible. The administrative staff is super as well. Michelle Baker is one of the most caring people I have ever met, always asking how Mom is doing and making sure we dont have any questions. The cognitive care Mom is getting the incredible. All the memory and spelling games make sure Mom is as sharp as can be given her ailment. Overall, Mom couldnt be in a better environment or with better people. Thanks Spring Creek Inn!
