I wanted to thank everyone at Highland home for your kindness, compassion, and the best care that you gave my mother in law while she was with you. I will never forget any of you. Especially Mrs. Vanessa Landing, The first person i encountered was Mrs. Vanessa Landing, she made sure they exceeded my expectations with the care of my Mother In Law, from the first day we moved her in Mrs. Landing made sure we didn't have to worry about anything , We searched and searched for the best facility to trust her in, being that we already didn't want to leave her, the choice was extremely hard, but I'm so thankful to have met Mrs. Landing, she definitely made sure our hearts was at ease knowing that highland home would and were taking great care of our mom ,exceeding my expectations. I was completely impressed with Vanessa professionalism, she never missed a beat when it came to anything we asked or needed dealing with our mom, thank you, Vanessa Landing for always going that extra mile, it never went unnoticed, we whole heartedly appreciate you and the staff at highland home!!

Mrs. Bolden is THEE most professional & caring person I've ever met at a nursing facility & the nurses & staff that helped & worked with my mom are grade A! If I had the money I'd give them a raise out of my own pocket.

It was wonderful to walk into the facility and be greeted and knowledge by the staff, they showed me where my loved one was and how she was doing and I was told to have a good day on my way out.

My father complains that his aide does not like him. When we visit, his cup never has NEW water in it. No ice. I wish this could change. My father gets dehydrated easily. Also, I wish my father was changed often. He wears a diaper and several times family members have walked into his room and he is soaking wet. His room also smells really bad. Just need to do better.

Had to place my husband in temporary rehab today and the employees at Highland made it a smooth and not such a scary experience as I thought it was going to be. They were very professional and personable.

This is my first visit to this facility and I must say that I am very impressed and comfortable that my family member is here and I'm saying that because I work in the medical field and have been in the medical field all of my life due to the fact that my father is a physician so I've seen alot of different situations and these days I don't normally see the kindness that I used to see but I most certainly did here.I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone plain and simple.

My father has been in rehab at Highland Homes for 3 weeks and he is coming home tomorrow. The facility is so nice, pretty, and clean. Absolutely everyone who has worked with him and with my family has been amazing. Everyone greats us with a huge genuine smile, and I truly feel he got the best care possible. We are so grateful for the entire staff, and definitely recommend it to anyone in need.
