I recently had the pleasure of touring The Watermark, and I was blown away by every aspect of the community! The friendliness of the staff was warm and caring. We recently had the pleasure of working with The Watermark for a workshop presentation and I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly, the community was clean and nicely decorated, and the outside courtyard was a wonderful retreat into nature. The building has been beautifully remodeled and you will feel welcomed right away by the caring staff. There is literally something for everyone to do here with all the fun activities and outings or just spending time with friends and enjoying the lovely outdoor spaces. You will feel at home here!

My husband and I visited The Watermark at St. Peter's last week, and have decided to move into the Villa. The people there are so friendly, especially Leatha! She made us feel so welcome from the minute we got there. She made sure to show us everything, and introduced us to everyone we met, calling everyone by their name. You could tell everyone loved her! We are looking forward to starting this new phase of our lives, and with people like Leatha there, I'm sure we will enjoy it!

Mom and I spent a lovely afternoon touring Watermark. Leatha gave us an extensive and informative tour after sharing lunch with us. Mom liked the generous size of the apartments and got to visualize her furnishings there. She also got to meet and have fun conversations with both staff and residents. My mom is a resident at Watermark. With this bitter cold weather, she suffered through a frozen water line that flooded her 2 bedroom apartment. Leatha has minimized this crisis for my mom. Watermark has moved her to 2 different 1 bedroom apartments and Leatha has made sure that mom could have as much of her personal belongings as possible on her temporary moves to give her a feeling of home. She put in extra hours to work with me to make sure is mom as comfortable as possible. Thanks Leatha!

We were so impressed with the new luxurious updates when we took a tour. You get lots of value for a reasonable price. They have beautiful apartments with lots of amenities and a very nice villa neighborhood too. The new restaurant was a high-end dining experience! All the staff at The Watermark was so kind and attentive and the residents had such good things to say. This would be a wonderful place to call home!

Words could never express what's in my heart. I can't say enough great things about Watermark and all they've done for my dad and my entire family making this new transition for my dad seamless and wonderful. The first time entering the building you could feel instantly, not just community but a family. Leatha was a delight to work with and went out of her way to make sure my dad is well taken care of and continues to do so. The entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel important and you matter. The place is beautiful and looks like a 5-star hotel with so many amenities and activities to participate in. I tell everyone I want to move there my dad is so fortunate to be a part of this lovely community.

Our experience with Watermark St. Peters has been absolutely wonderful. We 1st met Leatha who helped us understand the process, gave us a tour of the facility, twice, and provided invaluable information and assistance. My mom moved in Feb 11 and began her adjustment. Leatha was wonderful with me and my mom. All the staff are so helpful, compassionate, and kind to mom. Thank you Leatha, Cheryl, Ava, Tara, Ashley, Lisa and others.

Leatha at Watermark was mom's coordinator and shown us around the facility. Leatha helped with paperwork questions and move in details. Mothers move in went flawlessly using 2 men & a truck. Leatha did a fantastic job and we can reach out to her with any questions or concerns at any time.

My Mom has been at the Watermark for 2 months now. It has been the most positive experience. The Watermark has a very warm and comfortable feeling. My Mom has felt at home from the moment she moved in. The Watermark has beautiful grounds, nice amenities, and my Mom loves her apartment. Everyone one I have worked with on The Watermark team has always been very helpful. Leatha also was a tremendous help from the onset in providing a tour of the facility, in coordinating documents for the move and is just a text away for anything that comes up. I would recommend the Watermark to anyone who needs a place for their loved one.

I haven't been in this community for a few years but took a tour yesterday and wow! There are some amazing changes going on and the whole vibe in the community is upbeat and friendly. The activity calendar was full of different things to do. I would definitely consider this community for any of my loved ones!

My father moved to Watermark St. Peter's on December 1st 2021. The facility is already nice but is undergoing some enhancements to make it even better. The staff has been absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend checking this place out. I moved my father out of another facility because the facilities focus seemed to be on the money and not on the residents. Not true at Watermark, they treat my father like family. My father and I am are so happy we made the move.

I'm new at Brookdale and I have nothing except good things to say; every one of my coworkers is helpful and friendly. The environment is wonderful. Many a resident has welcomed me into the community with kind words and letting me know they are glad to have me around. I see myself being a part of this family for a good long while.

In the dining room have more than one server on pickups and deliveries to decrease wait time. Overall, in all departments it seems they lose the good employees and hire under qualified associates to take their place. The maintance department finally has qualified staff. In transportation there is not enough staff and not all employees have choufer license. In the personalized living department does not have enough staff and it is hard to get an appointment for care and this is a very important department in the building for the residents.
