Crestview is a beautiful facility with a friendly, helpful staff. They welcome you into the community immediately. The food is delicious! There are many activities to satisfy all hobbies.

My rating for the personnel and staff of Crestview would be a 10. The staff go the extra mile for my friend who lives there. They are caring professionals, good people, especially ED Pat Beisel, Sales Director Mariah Senter, and Karen Evans, Concierge. The facilities are very nice, modern, clean and landscaped. The only difficulty I have with Crestview is the cost of living there, but that's really pretty much the same as with any other Independent Living or Assisted Living establishment. I think the cost of housing our elderly is unreasonably high, perhaps everywhere.

Crest View is absolutely gorgeous. Crest View opened their doors to our stroke group and their hospitality is above and beyond...talk about community outreach!!!. Their staff is so friendly, seems they know all of their residents personally, they greet our members as if they are residents. The facility is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. This is genuinely a happy place!

My Dad has lived there for over 2 years now. He really enjoys it. He loves the activities and the entertainment. The last few months have brought a lot of challenges but the staff has been wonderful and have done an excellent job keeping their residents safe. It is a great place to call home. Best decision we made.

This place is very clean! Very nice apartments. The food is okay. Not the best and not the worst but you have the choice of cooking your own in your kitchett. The Sunday brunch is very good. Employees are very nice and caring!

Weve just celebrated our fifth anniversary of moving into Crestview Senior Living. We decided when and where we wanted to move and let go of all the responsibilities of home ownership. No leaves to rake, no grass to cut, no snow to shovel, no maintenance and best of all, Crestview does ALL the food shopping, cooking and clean up and cleans our apartment once a week--carefree living. Weve made many new friends, our children dont have to worry about us and we can still enjoy the closeness of the community where we lived. We are close to our church, our doctors, our favorite shops, etc. The staff and residents are very caring, friendly and helpful. Easy living!! Carolyn & Glen Cotta

The Staff and Food are excellent, do you have SOME days in which some meals are better than others or a staff member has a bad day, yes, but since I visit mom frequently you should look at the OVERALL patterns and see that this particular facility is MUCH better OVERALL than other MORE expensive facilities

Crestview has been a wonderful living solution for my uncle who lived in his own home until a few years ago. He is still able to live very independently but with the extra support he needed to be safe. The staff are attentive and friendly. They take a real interest in his love of Cardinals baseball and other things that are important to him. When we visit from out of town were always impressed with how clean and attractive the whole building is. Since we live out of town we are glad to know hes in a place that gives him good quality of life. We recommend it highly.

I have a resident currently residing at Crestview Senior Living. She has been living there for a little over a year. She is very happy there. She loves the staff, the food, and the activities. I am working with her as a geriatric care manager to get her affairs in order. I am encouraging her to get more involved in activities. She is so pleased with how friendly everyone is. I have been very impressed how eager everyone is to accommodate her and how much they want to make her, keep her happy. There are a lot of long term residents there as well. They are like one big happy family. They all care about one another. My client was so touched that the van drivers reach out to her and make sure she gets to the store. The Directors of Fun (activity directors) make sure to call her to remind her when they are going to the store, when her favorite activities are happening, etc.) I have been a social worker for about 26 years and this is the first time I felt compelled to write a review worth writing! I would love for my parents to come live here!

My Mother lives here. The staff are all very warm and caring people. BUT...in the past 5 months the quality of the food has gone down to almost inedible at times! Last night 11, 8 was one of those nights. She didnt feel like going out and there was not much for her to eat. Cold, hard toasted ravioli. What a shame. For the amount that you pay to live here, the food should be better and they should have enough for everyone.

My friend and I visited Crestview Senior Living last week and were very impressed with everything we saw. Everyone there, staff and residents, were pleasant and friendly. There are a lot of different options as far as rooms available and there are many activities for residents to participate in if they wish to do so. The staff member that gave us our tour, Jessi Felts, was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. It was an enjoyable visit and we will keep Crestview in our minds and also recommend it to our friends.

Jessica Lange and everyone at Crestview were just wonderful during our visit. Jessica took lots of time talking and asking question to Mom as we toured the facility. She got Mom to ask questions herself about social activities, room sizes and other amenities. We came back for lunch with my brother and Mary Ann was our server. She was great and very engaging with Mom and I think really made her feel like Crestview could be home. We look forward to our future with Crestview.

Very nice place. My mom has been there 3 years and we have no complaints. Staff is wonderful, daily activities encourage community and fun and the facility itself is beautiful and clean. Dining experience is also nice. Would recommend to anyone!
