High staff turnover and nothing getting done about squirrels in the ceiling (other then just patching where the squirrel broke through my ceiling)

There has been changes in personal but that happens in many businesses. But each one of them gaven a 110%. Jingling many issues at the same time. Learning as they go and there's so much to learn ( from what I see) and retain. Yes things break and should be fixed sooner than they are but from what I understand the office manager has a boss that they have to go through to get approval. ALL OF THE STAFF spends a lot of time here and I'm sure they don't like seeing things broken or dirty no more than the residents do and it's just as embarrassing to them also. There is a cleaning crew and they don't do nearly as good of a job as the last crew. I was told that if something needed dusting there not going to take the initiative to do it unless they get payed extra to do that 10- 15 min job. Some people will go above and beyond.(Such as the last cleaning crew) Knowing they didn't get paid to wipe down the bansters or clean the trash areas. Their reward was to look back and know that the work they did looked great. This newer cleaning crew doesn't care that they are not using the proper equipment, such as the vacuum. They're using something that you would use on rugs instead of of an industrial strength vacuum. Another example of not caring. But the office personnel and maintenance crew are not in that same category at all. Which is sad given the fact this is a senior facility and needs a little TLC. Didn't these professional cleaning crew learn anything from the pandemic about cleanlyness ! There's times I've cleaned some small areas myself but there's many people that live here that aren't able to do cleaning. There's over 110 apts in this building therefore there's a lot of people and most people are very kind, friendly and fun to be with. Let's count our blessings and be thankful for what we do have

I've lived here 4yrs and it's been Hell nothing works in the building the staff members are Lazy don't do anything but waste company time they won't pay their bills the place is dirty and nasty they have Black Mold and Mildew and won't try to fix it the manager is just taking anyone off the streets to move in he's not going by the rules or the waiting list.

Wonderful people are thinning out and it seems as if repairs are last if any at all on the to do list! 6 attempts on a manager to control the declining status of the building such as safety reports and pest control. Landscaping looks as if a child has done it all with a play lawnmower and invisible trash cans. Lol truly sad for the amount of money residents have spent on rent let alone the hand outs and give away! Come talk to the residents. Truth is never far away from the residents.

[Name Removed] CURRENT" Manager" Extremely unprofessional SHE'S ANGRY Unhappy Downright hateful Extremely extremely extremely ridiculously unprofessional I am not a resident my 70 yr old mother is and she is so unhappy and I have spoken with other residents and apparently everyone has gotten the bad taste of her. Garbage disposable back up and was a terrible smell and black stuff coming out of the disposal. All the food that goes down the garbage disposal and grease, from who knows how many years,.. apparently she got all three floors above their waste especially grease and she has bad health and eventually after she could get around enough she had to clean her kitchen because it literally back up and ran out onto cabinets etc.Maintence or who's ever job that would be never came back after they unclogged it and my mother when got well enough scrubbed and cleaned her kitchen a little at a time back and forth because she was sick.She said she was cleaning up what smelled like sewer!I was unaware until she told me that SHE had to clean it herself. Still I have kept my mouth shut. The security doors have been broken for weeks!Anyone can come in and I spoken with an elder resident that said she constantly makes sure her door is locked bc she doesn’t feel safe.Dara Church actually interrupted me while I was talking with Walmart grocery delivery to say next time can you not slam the door…the HEAVY broken. for weeks now.. sliding automated SECURITY Doors that I can barely open and for weeks now you have to pry the doors open with your hands. Can only imagine elderly people trying to open these UNSECURED SECURITY DOORS! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS behavor. And I had to talk over this mean hateful loud angry unhappy person..to get her to telle her name which beware all..RED FLAG.The elevator is constantly having to be fixed..most of the time at least one works out of your only two. Wow so much..my mom only has 5 minutes of hot water to take a complete shower then it your in cold shower trying to get shampoo out of your hair I mean COME ON!! You won’t see this review though bc they read them and decide which ones they want and the reviews that I have read are OH IT’S JUST SO WONDERFUL OH MY MOTHER JUST LOVES IT HERE . Well if I read correctly they pick and choose what you get to read. If I am wrong then post it. Sure noone will see this though because no one would ever want to live in abusive living conditions and a “manager” DARA CHURCH.I almost hope that COVID.. is the reason for her nonsense. Because .. really.. you’re supposed to be professional let alone treat people with kindness and COMMON CURTISY.After first encounter ever with DARA CHURCH never seeing her til today oh how I could just go on. I know you will never see this review but if you do …I would think more than twice.I am going to get a hold of and talk to whoever it is I need to talk to from channel 2.Maybe they will have something to say about it live at 5.

This place is going down hill fast Currently there is no perminent Manager and the assistant is rude, mean and not all professional. The "secured " entryl doors have not worked properly for months and currently have bright colored signs hanging on them both inside and out announcing they are. Broken To manually push them open and closed. If the hallways get vacuumed it is once once a week. You can write your name in the dust on the furniture in lobby. Security and unprofessionall treatment MUST BE ADDRESSED

Clean, smoke free, maintanance done right. I've been waiting for 4 months to get the duck work done from previous smoker, manager said it would get done, but has not. I'm living at Mill Pond senior living.

Proud to call this place my home. This morning on 9-9-2018 I had a issue that required maintaince. Quick as a wink. Here was Brenda the Manager and Allec. Looked at the situation. I opened my door and Jeff was working on this too. These are the people that work so hard. They had the situation done and was off to Do what they do. Work REALLY hard to keep This a place I can be proud to call , Home. Allec and Jeff are such hard workers. Brenda seems to be juggling at least 100 things at the same time. I have lived here for about two and ahalf years. This was only the second time I need to call on them. Thank you All for EVERYTHING YOU DO. VICK. APT. 316.
