The people in the offices there do not care about loved ones. They do things because corporate tells them they have to. When visiting ask how long each person in the office (not corporate people) have been working there. There were only 5 techs/RA's that really have a darn about my mom and they know who they are. They don't have enough staff to take care of the residents and when they hire, the correct training is not being given. I had to train the staff on how to care for my LO. When issues are brought up there is no follow up. Also there is no place outside for residents to go safely on their own besides doors that are too heavy for them to open. The food is the best of anyplace she had been at. Good luck getting any peace if your loved one ends up here as you will regret it.

My father has lived at Cedarhurst for a little over 4 months. From the first day when I met Victor, I knew it was the right place. He was so devoted to getting my father moved. Even said he had the perfect apartment for him, and it has proven to be. Sophie came to the nursing home and did an assessment. Thought he didn't need hospice, but needed rehab. She was right about that. He is healthier and more active than he has been in years. After Victor and Sophie, we met Rodney. Rodney has been amazing. Cedarhurst is great, but no place is perfect. When an issue does arise, Rodney is incredibly responsive. He even responds to emails on his day off. The day my father told me he felt safe, I was relieved. The day he told me he was happy, my heart swelled with joy. Thank you Cedarhurst for serving my father. All the staff have been great.

I was searching for a memory care facility for my 86 year old mother who lives in Florida. I had a tour and interview with the director and could not have been more pleased! The facility was clean and every resident I came across was happy and engaged. The fee structure was in line with other places that I visited but this place was superior. The director answered my multiple questions and at no time did I feel rushed. I would highly recommend Cedarhurst for anyone looking for a clean, loving and caring home for their loved one.

Cedarhurst St. Charles has been a blessing for my grandmother!! She was diagnosed with Dementia about a year ago and it progressed very quickly, leaving her with needs we could not meet. That is where Cedarhurst came in… from our original assisted living conversations with Henry, Cindy, and Rodney to her transition to memory care with Iris, Sophie, Chloe, Austin and the whole crew it has been a wonderful experience. Thank you all!

Beautiful community which is clean and well maintained. They keep the residents very engaged, active, social, and well cared for. The on-site therapy is amazing!

My loved one has lived at CH for over a year. The amenities have been good overall. Staffing was an issue for a while, but seems to have leveled out and the staff we encounter regularly are very friendly and helpful. They are present and checking in anytime I am there. My loved one would like them to check in more. My loved one has been unhappy with the quality and food available on the cafeteria and I hope that can be improved.

My mother is at Cedarhurst of St Charles. She loves it there. So much to do. So many other friends to hang out with. She is very happy there and that make me happy. She has been assisted by Austin S. at the facility. Simply an amazing person. Kind and helpful. Reports to me on a regular basis so I know all that is happening. I really couldn't be any happier. Austin is a rockstar!

We started touring facilities and needed a quick turnaround. The first facility we toured had a sad atmosphere. When we entered Cedarhurst there was music playing and the people were smiling. Victor was great to work with. The room looked amazing. We moved my moms things in but unfortunately my mom didn't make it. Cedarhurst was absolutely amazing to us during such a difficult time. I highly recommend this care facility.

We were looking for an assisted living community for my mom. We visited and took a tour. The community was very clean and the staff was amazing. They answered all my questions and we brought my mom back for a tour. My mom has been through a lot of changes the last 2 years and wasn't ready to make the move just yet. The staff was very understanding and did not pressure us at all. They said anytime we had more questions to please let them know and they would be here when my mom is ready to make the move.

I have worked here, this is a beautiful place to work. The staff is great! Residents are awesome! Atmosphere is warm and caring. The amenities are great! Nice to see a Movie Theater in a Facilty. The rooms are like apartments, so residents maintain their independence, with dignity. I love it here!

Our mother moved into Cedarhurst last February 2019, we have to say that it has been a wonderful move for our loved one. Every single person we have met there have been so kind, friendly, helpful, and truly loving people. We feel that mom is being taken care with tender loving care...The staff is very attentive to the residents needs, they have an excellent chef, the food is very good, the activities are plentiful and fun too. All of our family and friends that have made a trip to visit our mom has all said the same thing, they havent met anyone there that hasnt been friendly to them So, we definitely would recommend Cedarhurst if youre looking for a caring place for your loved one. The Staff at Cedarhurst have always been friendly and helpful. Everyone from the front desk to nursing staff up to Administration seem to truly enjoy caring not only for their residents but for anyone who visits their building. You get a true sense of family when you walk in the door.

My Mom has lived at Cedarhurst for 20 months. She loves it there. So many employees adore her which means the world to me and my family. They helpher and laugh with her a lot. I have my favorite employees - they really do love what they are doing and update me on Mom regularly. My issues are addressed-most of the time. The food is pretty good but their service in the cafe does not emulate what is on the back of their menu. Front desk staff and salon are awesome! Lots of activities. Cleaning of her room has a lot to be desired, carpet is a mess with stains (her coffee messes of course), sticky kitchen and bathroom floors. But all in all its a good place. Im comfortable with her there and I hope the kitchen serving situation is fixed soon-I know several residents that have moved and that was part of their issue. Sorry, but I am a caregiver and needed to give honest feedback. Mom is 90 and very happy for the most part. She is comfortable there and the staff is good to her. I recommend Cedarhurst to all my friends, family and clients. Im there every day or every other for the most part. Thx Cedarhurst for helping me take care of Mom.

Cedarhurst has a friendly professional staff who care for and about their residents. Numerous varied activities are scheduled every day and trips to local restaurants and grocery stores are offered weekly. Meal menus have a variety of offerings and mealtimes have some flexibility so as to accommodate residents schedules. The public areas of the facility are bright, well-lighted and clean and residents apartments are bright and kept clean by a dedicated staff. My family member is in assisted living , doing well and is content with his life here and all that Cedarhurst has to offer.

As a vendor, my experience working with Cedarhurst over the past few years has been welcoming and warm. Their environment is nice, clean, and a strong sense of spirituality is felt. The staff remains friendly and professional. The activities for the seniors are creative and theres always something new to participate in. Cedarhurst is a great community to be a part of. The staff is excellent, there are many activities to be apart of as well as church. We have a bus that takes us out to ear and out to different functions! Overall amazing atmosphere and just a fine community to call home.

My father has been in memory care at Cedarhurst St, Charles for a year. It has been great for him. The attention and care he receives from the staff seems to give him a boost during the day. Also, the entire staff from administrators on down have a caring attitude which gives me peace of mind.

My grandmother has lived here for the past year and a half, or so. I come to visit her every weekend. I was in visiting my grandma a couple weekends ago, and the difference in the atmosphere from how it was a couple months ago is tremendously better. Workers seem happier, residents are out sitting in the lobby laughing, and having a good time with each other. The changes that have been made in the past couple months were obviously the changes this community needed to bring its life back!! I couldnt be happier with where my grandma lives! She has made an amazing group of friends, and she couldnt be happier either. Keep up the good work guys! You are doing amazing job!!

My dad was one of the first residents at Cedarhurst. The staff treated him very well despite his sometime stubbornness!! Since it was a new facility they were always trying to improve! The building has a warm homey feeling.

I only have good things to say about Cedarhurst. This was the third facility where my mother lived and by far the best! The staff always called me whenever my mother fell etc. The staff went out of their way to work with me and my mother!
