Update to original review: This facility has surpassed my already high opinion upon my mothers return from rehab. I cannot describe the relief I feel the positivity given by Jennifer, owners-managers the rest of the staff. What a benefit these people are to the low-income residents of this area. Most of them have so little, but St Ann Assisted gives them a safe, friendly, caring home. So rare much appreciated! My (relative) chose this residence because she wanted to live in St Ann and because shes low-income. The bldg is older and the current owners have reorganized refurbished to the extent that budget allows -- they accept low-income which is SORELY needed across the country -- so do not have the high budget of many such residences for entertainment top amenities. Many older-needy people would have no place to live get care if it werent for the few places like St Ann Assisted. I give them much credit for a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff owners-management that seems to care about people at the bottom of the income spectrum. My (relative) is happy here.

Thank you, Jennifer and Matthew, for taking care of my friend (who is in your facility). You both are doing a great job working with him, and I couldnt be more pleased. This is a low income facility. It doesnt have all the bells and whistles, but my friend and I are both low income, and needed an affordable option. The staff of St Ann Assisted Living does a lot with what they have to work with. I am very pleased with their efforts.

I used to work here back in Dec 2017-4/18. Tbh its a nice place. It started out a lil rocky with the staff, but theres always going to be problems with a bunch of females. There were problems with missing medication but that came from staff not doing what needed to be done i had no issues or problems with anyone staff or residents ?Only problem was i think the owner didnt like me she was just always nasty to me i dont think it was intentionally maybe bc at that time state was around idk lol but its not a bad place at all. I left bc i moved to kc and probably still wouldve been working there had i not left. The residents are precious and i loved them? I would recommend.

My mom has been here for about four months now, and she couldn't have found a more fantastic place. The building is always clean and well decorated, the staff is wonderful and so caring, and the residents are some of the most amazing people I've ever met. My mom has made so many friends and is doing much better health-wise, and a large part of it is due to the love and compassion from the faculty. If you're worried and wondering if this place is a good fit for you or a loved one, go in. Ask questions. Take a tour of the building. I promise you won't regret it!

I don't really talk this way, but I am so blessed that I found out about you guys. You and your staff do such a great job with caring for my father that I don't worry about him like I did when he lived alone. Your meals there are great and made with fresh ingredients. Dad put on 20 lbs the first 6 weeks. The staff are so wonderful and personable. The really care about the residents.

I work at Saint Ann Assisted Living, and I have to say, it is one of the best places I have ever worked. Ownership treats staff and residents with utmost respect, and the current house manager is caring and attentive. The last Christmas party was so joyful. Santa passed out presents, and residents and staff and their families celebrated the holidays together. I couldn't think of a better place for any of my family members unable to live at home.
