I sat down and my toilet seat cracked on the right side. I called Mrs Vickie she put in a work order. The maintenance man was there and replaced it with a new seat in one hour. Excellent Customer Service

I arranged to meet Vicky Harris, the manager, to tour the property and ask a lot of questions. This is new to me going from home ownership stepping down into a senior apartment. Not only was I impressed with the care of the building, Miss Harriss longevity on her job, but especially that the residents all greeted her respectfully, and she them. . What came through is a very caring person who wants caring staff on hand for her residents. I am still looking at other apartments, but I am glad I visited this one. It is definitely making the list!!

Ms Vickey Harris has always gone above and beyond every time I’ve had a need. For example my fedex package was delivered to the wrong apartment , Ms Vickey interrupted her day to walk with me to retrieve it, which was very kind.

I have been trying to live at the Heritage Place apartments and because me being on this particular program, I didn’t understand the system. Now you have made me understand by taking the time to explain it. I'm a service technician and have been working in the St Louis area for 30 years. The company I work for just put commercial washers and dryers in this building. I had to go there today and the manager Vickey and her assistant met me and filled me in on some problem, they also told me some things they went over with the residents on how to use the new machines. They was very helpful. I meet about 3 of the residents on the way to the rooms and very pleasant people all around. The place is very clean and smelled good. It was a pleasure to come here. I've seen a lot in 30 years and this is one of the best I've been to. Thank you Vickey Harris.

My mother moved in this place a couple months ago and she loves it . The apartments are very clean and the area is very quiet, but I must say the manager Ms. Vickey is the BEST she really helped my mother with the paper work even when she forgot to sign some Ms Vickey brought the papers to my mother’s house because she didn’t have a car at the time and my mother really appreciate that. Ms Vickey works very hard in the office all by herself with no help (even though she needs it ) and always has a positive attitude with a great smile. Ms Vickey made this experience easy and fast and I just wanna thank her for going above and beyond for her residents . GREAT JOB Ms Vickey

I looked at Heritage Place apartments today for a friend in need of a place to live. Although Vicki, the manager, had a very busy & tight schedule, she managed to accommodate me; she did a thorough job of showing me around. She didn’t rush me at all. She was very professional yet friendly & carefully reviewed all the policies & fees involved. I was very impressed by her obvious concern for the residents & all the little extras she implemented to provide the maximum benefit & pleasure for tenants. I have been in apartment management myself for many years and I have rarely met such a wonderful manager. She is a definite asset to her profession and to her company!

My Mother lived here for 10 years & recently moved out due to needing assistance in a Nursing home. I have visited her many times, especially in the last year to help her allot. Vickie "Manager" has been nothing but nice, caring, helpful & understanding to all my & my mothers needs. Vickie is a very hard worker & goes above & beyond for others & cares about everyone in that building. There is allot of work there for her & the maintenance person, I do believe they need assistants due to all the work there is & the building does need some work, hopefully that will get done because it is a very nice place to live.
