Choosing the right home for a loved one is a huge decision, but from the moment we toured The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village, we knew we found a special place. The first thing you notice is how warm and 'non-clinical' the environment feels. Unlike other facilities that can feel like a hospital, the Bungalows has an open, inviting layout with beautiful natural light and charming French doors that make it feel like a true home. The staff here is exceptional”they truly treat residents like family. From the front desk to the care team and even Jason the driver, everyone is attentive, respectful, and knows the residents by name. We’ve been so impressed with the level of communication and the peace of mind that comes with their 24-hour support and medication management. The activities program is another huge plus. There is always something going on, whether it's bingo, Bible study, exercise classes, or fun day trips. It’s wonderful to see the residents out of their rooms and truly engaging with one another. Plus, the fact that it is a pet-friendly community was a game-changer for us. If you are looking for a clean, secure, and vibrant community in Springfield where your loved one will be genuinely cared for and kept active, I cannot recommend The Bungalows enough. It has been a wonderful experience for our family!

Our Mother is very content here as a new resident. The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village have an atmosphere of genuine kindness beginning with the Executive Director to all staff and other residents. Words such as clean, bright, welcoming and terms such as community and neighborhoods are used to describe the facility. A wide variety of interesting daily activities are planned for overall well-being of each person. The dining hall is managed like a nice restaurant. As a family, we appreciate the prompt, efficient communication and receiving a copy of the monthly activity calendar. We could not be more grateful.

Phil and I are frequently at this facility and engage with a special family member and several of the residents. The brightest asset of this community is Lisa Ice, who lovingly cares for each resident as if they were her own family members. Her patience, helpfulness, and positivity brightens each space with her presence.

The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village took great care of my mom. The staff was warm and caring, the place was clean and well-kept. The food was good and the staff seemed to be happy working there. They had a variety of activities, from bocce ball, to pillow stuffing, and of course bingo! I toured a lot of facilities before placing my mom and the Bungalows was hands-down the best I found.

Horrible staff they acted like they were on something when we went to tour for our dad. Overheard someone saying that they had a room closed off due to bedbugs. I would never leave my day there. Bad choice.

I recently visited my relative at The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village and I'm happy to say that I was very impressed! My relative mentioned how much she really enjoys the new open dining option and the common area was full of residents enjoying homemade bread! It was definitely a fun and family-like environment! Highly recommend!

I have a friend that lives here and loves it. I was recently invited by the Activity Department to come to a dog parade. We had so much fun! The 2 women in the Activity Department were so nice and they made sure all the residents had a chance to participate. They made treat bags for my dogs, let them pick a toy to take home and they took the time to give me a follow up call to thank me for attending.

My mother was in this facility and I didn't feel she was safe. Some of them acted like they were under the influence of something. One Employee had an odor of marijuana when walked in to see my mom.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED HERE! My dad is a current resident but just received an eviction notice yesterday because I dared to complain. The $3000 deposit required is non-refundable. My dad has been a resident for 4 months. You won't receive a call back from nursing staff. There is a delay in care. There are 4 tiers of care and my dad (according to them) surpassed those 4 levels of care within a months time. If your loved one is able to dress nicely, need no services then this is the place to be. It's a mighty expensive apartment complex that will occasionally take out the trash from your room. $3000/month is hefty for a one room apartment with private bath. I asked the last Account manager to go to my dad's room for payment, I was told the residents usually come to her office. My dad has several late fees for not paying rent on-time even though his check book has been there the whole time. The LPN's shouldn't have a nursing license as the treatment of elderly folks is negligent at best. There is BINGO everyday, however. Please look elsewhere. I have changed my dads bedding more than they have. Should you question what charges and credits are from the statements each month be prepared to wait for an answer. I have never received that answer nor has my dad. This place is a sick joke with a high rate of turnover. Disgusted to say the very least.

From touring to getting my mother-in-law moved in, Brent Crawford and staff ( Angela & Leighann) gave us excellent service. We needed to get her in fast and they made that happen. What sold me on the tour is, friendly staff, clean, Residence looked very happy, and the programs they have to keep them active. Also a very good price point. Brent and staff have treated my mother-in-law and us like family instead of just another person. Thank you to the Bungalows at Chesterfield Village!!

If the senior your thinking about putting in this home can't completely care for themselves from undressing to getting to the bathroom, to feeding themselves...do not put them here...this is basically an apartment complex..I see very little staff present and have seen first hand neglect in patient with limited mobility..

This community does a wonderful job with their residents. The quality of care is some of the best you’ll find anywhere. Amazing activity programs and the food is like home cooked! The building is beautiful and well taken care of, very homey feeling! I recommend Chesterfield Village to everyone looking for senior living!

I mistakingly made a bad post about an employee there Falonna Scott, it wasn't supposed to post, the ex and I had a fight and I was retaliating in anger and thought I had deleted it and not posted it, however it seems it did post, I never had a resident there nor did she treat anyone in a bad manner to my knowledge. I sincerely apologize for the trouble this mistake caused, I'm embarrassed as I thought I had deleted it before it posted. This won't happen again.

My mom and dad both reside at Morningside of Chesterfield Village. I am VERY pleased with the care and attention they receive. Their health has improved since moving in because they receive consistent care. The staff is pretty amazing. I’ve observed the workers of every station take care of whatever is needed at a particular moment (example: if Dad is having trouble with his TV remote and one of the cleaning staff or nursing staff happens to come in, they don’t hesitate to help). Everyone is friendly and will always smile and say hello. I truly appreciate the administrative staff helping with insurance issues”so patient with me. Such a relief having my parents cared for when my sister and I are not around.

I have been to Morningside of Chesterfield Village a few times now and I can honestly say they really care about their residents, they bring in outside activities for them beside all that they do for them in-house. The residents all seem to enjoy it there and are happy. If you are considering Morningside, I think you would be pleased! Thank you Susan and staff all of you are awesome!

My mother-in-law just recently move in here. They have been nothing short of amazing with our family and with her. This was a hard transition for her as she moved from her home town of 87 years but they’ve made her feel right at home here. From loaning furniture until we could get hers up here, helping physically move, offering any assistance to cleaning her after an accident with diarrhea. She loves the food and the residents that live here make her feel so welcome and she hasn’t been here long. She’s been more social than she has in a long time. We would highly recommend this caring facility!

My mom has been a resident for almost 3 years. It has been a great experience for her. She loves all of the activities and the staff who help care for her. The food is good and their special gatherings are really top notch. The facility just had a Bingo Gala which was very well attended and so much fun. Live music, tons of great door and Bingo prizes, and the food was really good. It’s a really nice place for loved ones who need a little extra help but still maintain their independence.

My parents have been at this facility for the last year and 8 months. They have received excellent care. The staff is caring and professional. The only thing I would like to see changed in the dining and public use areas are chairs that are rollers. This is safety issue in my mind and also I heard it said to me from the health care workers from their medical provider that the chairs on rollers are a safety issue. Please consider on the corp. level to replace these chairs without rollers. Thanks.

The staff is very friendly. Most of the time I have no complaints. Unfortunately, it depends on which aids are working as to how the rooms are kept. There have been some very good ones, but there are a few who need to be more attentive. When this is mentioned to management it is generally addressed.

Great memories made every day with my parents who live there. The Staff is kind and thoughtful. The Food is prepared with fresh ingredients, by Chefs with years of experience. Nursing carefully monitor my parents health on a daily basis. They know when something is not going well with Dad or Mom. The Activity department does a wonderful job of keeping them busy with fun and exciting activities! They have 12-16 music shows a month! It's more than just Bingo! Lots of outings, shopping, fishing, parks or Branson Shows! Our family loves Morningside of Chesterfield Village Senior living!

My father received excellent care at this facility. He was there for several months after he was unable to live on his own anymore and before he needed 24 hour assistance. The staff was for the majority, truly outstanding and genuinely loved my dad. I have been in this industry for many years and this facility would rank right up there with the best in this area.

I had the pleasure of visiting your facility some time back when my Mother was declining in health and I was considering options for her safe care. After visiting several facilities, the memory of the visit at Chesterfield Village has remained with me. The gorgeous furnishings, the fresh, clean look and the kindness and politeness of the staff are very notable and stands out!! The administrator took time out of her hectic schedule to spend time one on one with me.. She is an amazing person, a true professional and must surely be an asset to your company. Since I own a small local Janitorial Company, I was very focused on the cleanliness of the building and left there feeling satisfied that it was indeed a clean facility. I had the opportunity to visit with a couple residents and found that their rave reviews of their home was a selling point. Overall, I felt that I need look no further for a place for my own Mother should the need arise. As it turns out, she declined rapidly and was able to pass away peacefully at home. But, I always make a it a point to mention Morningside at Chesterfield to anyone that I know is looking for a place for a family member. Kudos to your Company and I enjoy visiting the Facebook page.
