Horrible staff they acted like they were on something when we went to tour for our dad. Overheard someone saying that they had a room closed off due to bedbugs. I would never leave my day there. Bad choice.

My mother was in this facility and I didn't feel she was safe. Some of them acted like they were under the influence of something. One Employee had an odor of marijuana when walked in to see my mom.

From touring to getting my mother-in-law moved in, Brent Crawford and staff ( Angela & Leighann) gave us excellent service. We needed to get her in fast and they made that happen. What sold me on the tour is, friendly staff, clean, Residence looked very happy, and the programs they have to keep them active. Also a very good price point. Brent and staff have treated my mother-in-law and us like family instead of just another person. Thank you to the Bungalows at Chesterfield Village!!

This community does a wonderful job with their residents. The quality of care is some of the best youll find anywhere. Amazing activity programs and the food is like home cooked! I mistakingly made a bad post about an employee there Falonna Scott, it wasnt supposed to post, the ex and I had a fight and I was retaliating in anger and thought I had deleted it and not posted it, however it seems it did post, I never had a resident there nor did she treat anyone in a bad manner to my knowledge. I sincerely apologize for the trouble this mistake caused, Im embarrassed as I thought I had deleted it before it posted. This wont happen again.

My mom and dad both reside at Morningside of Chesterfield Village. I am VERY pleased with the care and attention they receive. Their health has improved since moving in because they receive consistent care. The staff is pretty amazing. Ive observed the workers of every station take care of whatever is needed at a particular moment (example: if Dad is having trouble with his TV remote and one of the cleaning staff or nursing staff happens to come in, they dont hesitate to help). Everyone is friendly and will always smile and say hello. I truly appreciate the administrative staff helping with insurance issues—so patient with me. Such a relief having my parents cared for when my sister and I are not around.

My great aunt has only been here for a few days but so far the experience has been wonderful. The staff is helpful and kind the community is clean and the food is good. We couldnt ask for a better place for her to be.

Best of the best! The staff goes to great lengths, above and beyond to give personal care. Their administration staff is caring and hands-on. The facility is clean and organized with plenty of personal touches. Food is good - my loved one is gaining weight! During the COVID-19 pandemic, I am very happy that she is there. I trusted their preparation and follow-through with keeping everyone safe. And, they did! Hats off to the entire staff. They are 5-Stars for a good reason. They do a wonderful job providing a great environment for residents.

I have been to Morningside of Chesterfield Village a few times now and I can honestly say they really care about their residents, they bring in outside activities for them beside all that they do for them in-house. The residents all seem to enjoy it there and are happy. If you are considering Morningside, I think you would be pleased! Thank you Susan and staff all of you are awesome!

My mother-in-law just recently move in here. They have been nothing short of amazing with our family and with her. This was a hard transition for her as she moved from her home town of 87 years but theyve made her feel right at home here. From loaning furniture until we could get hers up here, helping physically move, offering any assistance to cleaning her after an accident with diarrhea. She loves the food and the residents that live here make her feel so welcome and she hasnt been here long. Shes been more social than she has in a long time. We would highly recommend this caring facility!

My mom has been a resident for almost 3 years. It has been a great experience for her. She loves all of the activities and the staff who help care for her. The food is good and their special gatherings are really top notch. The facility just had a Bingo Gala which was very well attended and so much fun. Live music, tons of great door and Bingo prizes, and the food was really good. Its a really nice place for loved ones who need a little extra help but still maintain their independence.

Nursing carefully monitor my parents health on a daily basis. They know when something is not going well with Dad or Mom. The Activity department does a wonderful job of keeping them busy with fun and exciting activities! They have 12-16 music shows a month! Its more than just Bingo! Lots of outings, shopping, fishing, parks or Branson Shows! Our family loves Morningside of Chesterfield Village Senior living!

My parents have been at this facility for the last year and 8 months. They have received excellent care. The staff is caring and professional. The only thing I would like to see changed in the dining and public use areas are chairs that are rollers. This is safety issue in my mind and also I heard it said to me from the health care workers from their medical provider that the chairs on rollers are a safety issue. Please consider on the corp. level to replace these chairs without rollers. Thanks.

The staff is very friendly. Most of the time I have no complaints. Unfortunately, it depends on which aids are working as to how the rooms are kept. There have been some very good ones, but there are a few who need to be more attentive. When this is mentioned to management it is generally addressed.

My father received excellent care at this facility. He was there for several months after he was unable to live on his own anymore and before he needed 24 hour assistance. The staff was for the majority, truly outstanding and genuinely loved my dad. I have been in this industry for many years and this facility would rank right up there with the best in this area.

I had the pleasure of visiting your facility some time back when my Mother was declining in health and I was considering options for her safe care. After visiting several facilities, the memory of the visit at Chesterfield Village has remained with me. The gorgeous furnishings, the fresh, clean look and the kindness and politeness of the staff are very notable and stands out!! The administrator took time out of her hectic schedule to spend time one on one with me.. She is an amazing person, a true professional and must surely be an asset to your company. Since I own a small local Janitorial Company, I was very focused on the cleanliness of the building and left there feeling satisfied that it was indeed a clean facility. I had the opportunity to visit with a couple residents and found that their rave reviews of their home was a selling point. Overall, I felt that I need look no further for a place for my own Mother should the need arise. As it turns out, she declined rapidly and was able to pass away peacefully at home. But, I always make a it a point to mention Morningside at Chesterfield to anyone that I know is looking for a place for a family member. Kudos to your Company and I enjoy visiting the Facebook page. My Mother has lived at Morningside of Chesterfield Village for over 2 years and is very happy there. She says everyone is very nice to her, staff and residents, the food is good, and she loves the activities. She says, Whats not to like? They do everything for me and it feels like home.
