Nice apartments, very quiet.. Some of the neighbors are extremely nosey and like to complain or turn people in for smoking/on the property.. There is no possible way to know that this is a NON-SMOKING property, unless your loved ones residing here tell you, because it there are no signs stating that it is smoke free..

In July will be a year that we have been here. We love the apartment and the pool. When the buildings are done with the upgrades they will look really nice. I like that the neighbors are friendly and it is peaceful.

I love living at Cobblestone Village. A 55+ community that is quiet, serene & very friendly. Just renewed my lease today for another year & this is my forever home (God Willing). I love my 1br apt that overlooks trees & I can even see the pool. It is so lovely & have made great friends & nabors. There are plenty of activities & great amenities as well. If you want to keep to yourself you can or if you wish to play cards, bingo & much more, you are always welcome. Management is fantastic & everyone is so friendly & helpful too. Everyone watches out for each other without being nosey or overwhelming. I recommend this complex with great respect.

Great place to live! I've been here for 4 years and do not plan to move again. Beautiful grounds, elevators in every building, friendly residents, pool, dog walk, activities, clubhouse, nice staff, etc. If you want a place to live that is more than just an apt looking out onto a parking lot then check this place out. I'm so glad I found it!

We have been living in Coblestone Village in Springfield, MO for a year now and are very satisfied. Nice place, lots of greenery, great service and friendly staff. We do not speak English and employees use an electronic translator when communicating with us. This caring attitude is very pleasant. There is a swimming pool, gym, hairdresser and much more, which makes our life comfortable. The residential complex is located next to a shop and a church and there is a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient if you do not have a car. We highly recommend it!

My husband and I have found this complex a great place to live. It's not just an apartment complex, it is a friendly neighborhood with activities to meet every need. The staff is always available to meet any concern. I give this 5 stars.
