We knew when we walked in the door Sunrise felt like the perfect "home" for our mother. The staff is kind and dedicated. The management and nursing team extremely responsive. The activities director loves his job and the residents. They all encourage engagement and treat the residents and families with respect. Everyone is so caring and in tune to the needs of each resident. Our family is grateful our mom is getting the care she deserves.

I must say that Remisiscence team they have there is AWESOME. All of the ladies are so respectful and courteous when I come visit. My aunt has been there for about 8 months and she really likes it. The ladies are always active and doing things with the residents. Last week they gave my aunt a makeover and took glamor pictures of her. She looked so pretty. I bring them baked goods when I come because I really appreciate the work that they do. Kudos to the coordinator for always stepping in when they are short staffed. It really makes a difference. When everyone works togther.

This company! They have it! My grammy is there and I seriously have no complaints! The staff (GREAT!) Coordinator (AWESOME!) Food (IMPRESSIVE!) Care (OUTSTANDING!). I cant think of anything bad to say. My family and I are very impressed. We moved grammy there from another facility and I can honestly say they have made this transition almost delightful. The care staff made grammy feel like she was home. She has friends she can socialize with now, so cool! Im so happy we found this place. Wish I had known about them sooner.

I absolutely adore this establishment! My dad was there for 4 years and recently passed. The amount of love I felt from the staff and management was beyond belief. My father enjoyed his time at sunrise and although during the pandemic I couldnt see him, I felt reassured that he was well cared for. Ricki the coordinator went out of her way to keep me updated about my dads care. Im sure I worked her nerves but she never showed it. I could tell I was never a bother and she answered all of my questions no matter how many times they were repetitive. I appreciated that. I would recommend this place with 10 thumbs up. Virtual hugs to each and every one of the staff members on Assisted Livng❤️❤️❤️

My husband and I toured at least 10 facilities before we decided on Sunrise Clayton. During the tour the staff were so welcoming and polite. We spoke with a few and they mentioned they had been working there for a while and loved the place. My mom has been there for over 3 months on Reminiscence and the same welcoming energy that we got during the tour I still feel it every time I walk through the doors. Ricki and Tara have been a godsend. This was a hard decision for me and my family and I know we have made the right decision choosing sunrise. Those ladies are heros and they should be told every single day.

I dont normally leave reviews but I made it a priority to leave one for Sunrise on Clayton. The staff was amazing. Answered all my questions (which I had a lot). They eased my mind and my grandmothers. They offer different programs, the facility was clean and updated. I highly recommend this location.

My my recently passed away. Before passing she lived at Sunrise. She loved the community, the staff, and most of all her living space. This place for us was 5 stars and beyond. I recommend this place to anyone searching for a place for their loved ones. God bless the heros at Sunrise. I cant thank them enough.

Sunrise offers a "home away from home" kind of atmosphere from the yard to the reception area! The inside is always clean and smells fresh! There are several homey gatherings areas to visit with residents which we love! Staff members are very friendly. We especially love the director who makes herself available to help walk and/or work through difficult issues. We visit often and has observed her genuine interaction with the residents on several different occasions! That is very important to us! We highly recommend Sunrise!

Great place. Warn friendly atmosphere. There's a receptionist to great you as you walk in with a smile. They are very helpful and everyone smiles and says hi. The residents there seem happy. The place is well organized and maintained. Staff are very friendly. The administrator was very nice and informative. It's just an overall beautiful place.

Sunrise offers a nice warm feeling right when you enter the door. Then I was greeted by a sweet doggy named Sunny who is their house dog! My family has had a very pleasant experience here with the care and staff.

This is a pretty nice community, and my tour of it went well. The staff was kind, and welcoming. You could tell they do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. My tour guide was informative, and answered all my questions. It was a good experience, and everything went well.
