Nursing and Concierge staff were fantastic with their deliverance of nursing services BUT the delivery of food left much to be desired. Items were substituted without notice and often only at room temperature. Also condiments were missing or too much.

Angela, the Concierge, is/was Great!! She is ALWAYS Professional, Friendly, Concerning & Caring of BJC Extended Care Patients. She has made sure ALL needs & concerns of patients are addressed. I have been a patient at BJC Extended Care 4 different times. If ever any concerns, Concierge will address. I've had very good nursing staff, most of the CNAS have been very helpful & friendly. The maintenance staff have been very helpful.

My husband was here for orthopedic rehab. We had some great nurses and CNAs. PT/OT if their job and he was able to successfully go home.
