I have lived in NKC for 5 years now at The Gardens. The people here are like my family. With being a gated community, I always feel safe and with being a non-smoker, am happy it is a non-smoking facility. The grounds are exceptionally manicured. Office manager Cassie and the others are always friendly and helpful.

Hello, Just getting settled in. I must say that my daughter and I are very happy thus far very it's clean and quiet. The staff is great and very compassionate. I've meet some of my neighbors very kind and sweet and very informative. We're also happy with the mantince crew that we met. I'll do more reviews for sure. Rochelle and Jeanna Edmond

Everyone is so nice. We have fun games ,with prizes! I have won $25. Gift certificates, which was fun. They always take good care of the gardens. The fountain is lovely. I love my apartment. I am blessed to oversee the courtyard from the second floor. It is beautiful. I love my space on the balcony as well. I have four garden boxes, full of flowers. Chairs and a table to enjoy the space. Everyone looks out for one another. That is special. The management is great. They work hard to keep everything going smoothly and take care of things quickly, if there is a problem. Love that! I really love it here. I have recommended my dear loved one here. She moved in recently. She is enjoying it as well. Debbie Castaneda

I have been at the Gardens for about 10 years. NO COMPLAINTS. Any questions or concerns I have are addressed right away. I feel very comfortable and safe here. All of the staff here are polite and courteous. Very, very proud and pleased to live here.

For the most part, I appreciate the staff and management and diligence in keeping the facilities clean and up to date. I'm very grateful that I live here. Thank you. Also, I appreciate what Sheila does about coordinating activities and patiently repeating and preparing signs and sending messages of reminders.

I'm comfortable & have plenty of room. The staff is helpful & friendly. I would gladly recommend The Gardens. The residents seem very happy to live here m, as I am.

The activity director plans, along with suggestions from the residents, entertaining, fun, and helpful activities each month. I like it that the staff keeps us informed through emails and texts. The staff is great! The maintenance crew keeps the yards and areas neat and clean. Residents are friendly. I love living at The Gardens! My compliant is the parking...it is very difficult for those of us using walkers and canes.

My home. I loved it Now because of health problems I moved to West Coast to be near my daughter. Not a happy camper because I really loved living in KC. I miss my congregation and all my brothers and sisters. We had quite a thing going there. Now I'm 85. Don't get around like I use to. The distance to drive is unbelievable. The traffic is terrible. And these people never learned to drive properly. So my daughter or son-in-law take me everywhere I need to go. It's just sad.

I have been waiting for a place to open up here on the waitlist for several years. I moved in yesterday and met nothing but friendly kind people! I would not hesitate to recommend The Gardens at Northgate Village.
