Webwood was good when my mom first moved here but has consistently gone downhill as staff has left after Covid. There is a nurse but she is only there part time for 2 days a week now and it is mostly in the afternoon. There is not many things to do - there are singers that come in once a month, we play bingo once a week but that is about it. No community exercise or games or outings. In the evenings, most everyone eats in their rooms and it is too quiet. There is usually only 1 staff person in the night time so I hope I don't need help.

My 90 year old mother has been at Webwood about 4 months now and it has been great. The staff made the transition smooth. They have planned activities and socialization that has helped mom become more active. Her grandkids commented she is getting around better too. The facility is beautiful, the staff outstanding, the balanced healthy meals are delicious. Both my mother and I agree we wish she had moved there sooner. As a bonus there is a hair salon right there so she can get her hair done when she wants. The price is cheaper than paying helpers in house. Webwood has provided us with peace of mind knowing mom is safe and happy while still having some independence of having her own apartment.

Webwood is a beautiful, and peaceful, Assisted Living facility in the beautiful hills of Neosho, Mo.We have a beautiful pastoral setting to view out of our windows, and from our large patio, we see lots of wildlife, and we see deer often, and sometimes a fox. And we have beautiful sunsets.All of the staff here are very kind, friendly, and cheerful. And they do real good at making sure we have what we need. Including Dr.s visits, when needed. If we have a special need, they will see that it is taken care of.And we have fun activities, and crafts, and some exercise. The staff are all very kind, and thoughtful.Webwood is a good place to be, and beautiful, with very nice rooms, with separate bedrooms, from our living roomsWe really like it here!

I had the opportunity to stay with my Aunt after my uncle passed away. I lived within the facility and I give it an A+. The clients are treated like family. The staff are warm, caring and welcoming. Some of the extra features are manicures, hair appointments and regular weekly activities. Meal are nice portions and diverse. Emergencies are attended to very quickly and nurses are available with the click of a bottom. I was very impressed with EVERYTHING at this facility. I highly recommend!

We took our mother for a visit here, the Webwood Assisted Living facility is wonderful and the staff are very friendly. Definitely at the top of our list when the time comes. So glad its close to Neosho, very convenient for us.

Ive been fortunate to be a resident here, at Webwood Assisted Living in Neosho, MO, since February of this year, 2019. The staff is top notch, efficient, and thoroughly professional. You, the resident, are their first priority. They listen to both residents and family members, as well as being proactive in their duties. Communications between staff and family members is exemplary, removing worries and angst.The physical plant of Webwood is modern, bright, and very comfortable. Airy, with the sense that one is more in a luxury condo, or fine motel. Dining is especially fun, with two superb chefs, careful of dietary needs. Whether encumbered with diabetes or other challenges, or for those with no problems, meals are a delight.Medications are correct and on time. Doctors visits are prepared for, with transport there and back. Every effort is made by Webwoods staff, to making residents, and their families, comfortable and knowledgeable that they are well and truly cared for.Webwood Assisted Living is where I choose to live, and Ive been quite happy with my decision. For those looking for the best in assisted living, I can make no better, or higher, recommendation.

This is an absolutely beautiful facility. It just feels like home as soon as you walk in the door. The back patio is a great place to relax, visit, and just enjoy the beautiful view.

Ive been a resident of Webwood since February of this year, 2019. Its an outstanding facility, meeting the needs of its clientele, and easing the minds of their family members. Webwoods staff is thoroughly professional and caring, taking the worry out of care for the elderly. The facility is modern, well tailored to the needs of those who need a bit of assistance- from railings in the hallways, to well designed bathrooms, safety is their first priority. Every room has the capacity to summon help, regardless of time of day or night. Speaking of time of day or night, lighting is superb here. The vaulted ceilings give an airy sense of space, where even a studio apartment like mine, is spacious.Medications and doctors appointments are assiduously maintained, with fewer cares for the residents, or their families. Meals are a delight, with Webwood having two wonderful chefs on staff. If you have different dietary needs from the norm, dont worry, Webwoods staff is up to the task. There are field trips, as well as visiting entertainment to help keep the days interesting. I rate Webwood Assisted Living as Five out of Five Stars- in all departments!

Everything!!! You wont find a more dedicated and caring staff!! The facility is nice and new, exceptionally clean, and gives an overall feeling of home!! The landscapes and patio view are gorgeous! But most importantly, its our residents!!! They truly are friends that have become family!!

Assisted Living at its finest! The rooms are huge, plenty of room to bring your personal belongings to make it your home. My favorite part is the see through stone fireplace in the dining, living room area. You get the country living atmosphere out on the community patio overlooking the fields and woods. If youre looking for a home away from home, youve found it!
