The facilty was clean and odor free. Beautiful. Staff is very courteous. Colby was delightful and knowledgeable . Megan and Angela are the Bomb as well! I am delighted with this facility and looking foward to having my Momma stay at OakPointe Neosho.

Oak Pointe of Neosho has given our mother the very best of care, and a home for the last 4 years. She not only feels safe at OP, but continually speaks of the friendships among staff and residents that make her life there such a joy. Our whole family is made to feel very much at home, when we visit or attend activities at OP. Their professional, but friendly interaction, has given us the assurance that mom made the right choice in choosing Oak Pointe as her assisted living home.

Ive worked at Oak Pointe for over 2 years. I can honestly say the aides there who care for the residents, care for them as if they were our own family. We comfort them in time of need when families cannot be there and we often come in on our days off to visit our residents because we care for them. If i had a loved one needing assisted living i would feel comfortable with having them at Oak Pointe. As an aide i see behind the scene things and i see aides clocking in early from lunch to take care of residents or skipping lunch to assist a resident. We care deeply and put our residents first.

Secure and friendly living environment for a loved one. Lots of activities and trip opportunities for those who wish to participate. Numerous invites for family members to join them for meals on special occasions, and the meals are quite good! The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Oak Pointe is a beautiful place to have a loved one that cant be alone anymore. They can have their privacy, but there is someone to be there if needed. Thank you to all the staff that helps make my mom as active, comfortable and happy as possible!
