my grandma lives here and the only complaint she has told me is the food is okay and the staff isn't trained very well. they do weekly cleaning and over all everyone seems friendly

From the beginning they helped my aunt to feel welcomed! Linda has been very helpful with anything that I have needed. I drop in often and the place is clean and residents seem happy to be there. Several things going on all the time. In house rehab and health care company’s are great and encouraging! Best choice we could have made. Overall, A real blessing.

My mom has been at Solstice for 7 months now. Although she loves living there, the quality of food has really gone down especially during the pandemic. I do understand how difficult it is to find anyone that wants to work anymore. All businesses are feeling it. I have addressed my concerns to Linda who runs the place and was very intune to my concerns. She is aware of some of the dining room service and food quality which is unacceptable to her. She has taken action to replace food service people and assured me there will be a big noticeable difference in the coming weeks with changes in personnel. I am happy that Linda personally reached out to me. She has been incredibly accommodating from day one. I have no doubt that she will make the necessary changes to improve the dining room experience for all residents. My mom absolutely loves living there, the residents, the staff, her gorgeous apartment and beautiful patio. All of our family has had pleasant interactions with the entire staff. Thank you Linda.

Having seen a few different facilities over the last decade, I can say without a doubt that this one is the nicest. I believe "Homes" have a bad reputation however something about this place just seems very inviting. In addition to all the genuinely smiling faces (employees and residents alike), the atmosphere and d©cor are very warm. Of course the place was very well kept, but it didn't have that depressing "Sterile" feel I've seen elsewhere. Obviously this review has alot of "feeling" in it, but I find that to be a huge factor when making a decision about what kind of places I would want to be, or who I might entrust my loved ones with.

My aunt lives here and she can not say enough good things about the staff the environment the other residents. I love being able to visit her because it feels like family here. The ED knows what she is doing and does it with a smile the staff is so friendly and so attentive to the residents I can not stress how happy my aunt is living here.

No Windows in common areas. Incandescent lighting is not my idea of light and bright. We, I need Sunshine for M y mental, physical and Spiritual health. The Well-being of Mind and Body To Vegetate is wrong. It is sinful to be Lazy. I saw very little activity, a Bridge game? Is inactivity because of COVID? Where is the Fish Tank. A chirping Bird or two? A Fountain or two. Even those little indoor Water Falls you can buy from WalMart or Amazon. Anything to mesmerize or stimulate the senses. On the upside it was is the Executive Director her inviting and exuberant personality and warmth that wants me to pack up and leave my Home It’s an awfully expensive way to meet new friends. Am I ready for this type of Lifestyle? Is there a general need at this moment? Aging is not for the weakhearted nor is living alone as we age. Community Living is wonderful as long as you can comfortably afford it. I guess I’m living in a Golden Girls dream world.

Great place, staff is phenomenal!! We moved our Senior Mom, who suffers from Dementia, Alzheimer's, and End Stage Renal Disease. She can't afford Assisted Living, Memory Care units and she's not quite ready for Nursing Home. We found Solstice via A Place for Mom company. The most notable thing I have to say, is that the employees, management, everyone ... they do whatever needs to be done for their residents!! There is no such thing as anyone saying "It's not my job". The Activity Director, Jackie, has taken my mom her lunch, checked her temperature, and drives her to Dialysis when needed. The sales/marketing Manager, Melanie, went to my Mom's room to help her adjust her TV, when she got confused on the remote controls. Lou the Driver, I can't say enough wonderful things about him either! He takes my mom to Dialysis 3 x a week, and treats her as if she was a Queen!! The team at Solstice Senior Living, located in Fenton, Missouri have been working diligent during this Covid-19 pandemic. I am thankful that they are doing so much to help protect my mom, when I can't visit her in person. Corporate needs to recognize this Facility and it's leadership for bringing everyone together to protect their residents!!!

Nice place overall, clean, friendly staff and health care folks. Located right next door to SSM St. Clair Hospital in Fenton Mo. that makes it even more assuring. Had priced around prior and found it the most reasonable . Could use just a little bit bigger elevator tho for all the walkers. ( or would have gotten a 5 star rating )

It's a great place! I've had friends who have worked there and really enjoyed it so it must be good! Only problem is I live near by and have had a few uncomfortable encounters with residents turning in or out of the lot when I drive by.
