Was discharged early, after an almost two-month stay, have been chasing them for almost two years trying to get a refund of $ 914.55, which they have acknowledged thru a statement of account I have received. Most calls go to voice mail but not returned. Therapist were 5 star, facility a 1 star.

I will like to tell you about my experience at the Quarters at Des Peres.... I have been living here so far for 1 year, the staff has been wonderful to me. To name the nurses, medical techs, aides, the office staff, housekeeping, dietary and activities department. I always feel safe and comfortable. It is definitely a place I have the pleasure of calling my home. I have received nothing but true love since I walked in the doors a year ago. Thank you Quarter's at Des Peres stay bless.

We were just passing through St. Louis on our way to visit family when I became very ill with a foot infection. After more than two weeks in the hospital, I still required skilled nursing care and was admitted to The Quarters At Des Peres, where I spent over a month in rehab. This facility is lovely and every single staff member here has been wonderful; from nurses to housekeepers, therapists to the folks in the dining hall, doctors to shuttle drivers. I have been very well cared for by people who are as compassionate as they are efficient. I can't speak to the quality of long-term care, but the rehab here has been an excellent experience for me and my wife. Everyone here has been so kind and supportive. We have been blessed for me to be able to recover here in this pleasant and comfortable place with such caring individuals. Everyone has been wonderful to us. There are so many people we'd like to thank - too many to list. But one who truly deserves a shoutout is Rochelle. Her title is nurses aid, but she's helping everyone all the time. She is always busy and is our go-to gal for anything and everything we might need. She gets everyone going for breakfast and lunch; waking, transporting, helping deliver meals for those who can't make it to the dining hall, even helping serve. She fills the dining room and keeps everything and everyone going. She's missed on her days off. Speaking of dining, the food here is surprisingly good. Not gourmet cuisine, but decent, well-balanced, tasty meals. The dining hall is very pleasant and all the staff are all just great. We truly appreciate those guys. I've been very well impressed with the therapists, and the nurses/aids are angels. These women are hardworking, put in long hours, and are always good-natured while taking excellent care of us. I also want to thank the admin staff for making it possible for me to recover here at The Quarters. The people here have felt like friends and we will miss them.
