The facility itself is very nice but the management is not so much. The new administrator has been terrible. We have called [name removed] many times with no response in over a month, doesnt handle resident issues we brought to her. Several other family members we spoke to have told us the same. When we finally did meet her she was the rudest and had very unprofessional actions saying "i dont have time" and walked away. It's hard to believe what we are deal with. We will be moving our family out shortly under this type of administration. We have been long time visiting here and are extremely disappointed.

This is the place to live. After exploring numerous communities in the entire area, Sarah is the top choice. I've never been around such a friendly group of people with no complaints and the church is amazing! Daily mass and so much more. It's outstanding. Thank you!

I visited a family member recently and I just wanted to say how kind and welcoming the staff were. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful and I am so glad my aunt is in a place like this! The setting is very home like and I know my aunt is being taking such good care of. GREAT PLACE!

Toured the Sarah Community recently. The BBQ was delicious and they had a cute bluegrass band playing. It is a beautiful community that is founded in faith. The atmosphere is down-to-earth, welcoming and pleasant. I love the new renovations! Their common spaces are plentiful and convenient. Chapel was happening while we toured and I was told they have daily mass or rosary. We are touring for Independent now, but I like that they have the other levels on site as well as we will need it in the future.

It's been a little over a year since my mom moved into Veronica House. She was there for 10 months before she passed away in April. It was a wonderful home for her - she really did have a new family who got to know her and care about her. When mom first moved in, my sister was on Hospice, facing the final days of her battle with cancer, and the team at TSC were incredible. They took care of everything for mom so that I could be there for my sister. In mom's final days, the relationships that she and the rest of the family had made with the staff made those days very special The whole team went above and beyond to assure that mom was comfortable and able to spend her last days as she wanted them. And the tears and hugs and kind words in those fina days said so much about the relationships that had been formed over those 10 months. My family and I are so grateful to our Veronica House family. Mom would want us to share with each of you how beautiful you are!

Both our mom and dad spent several years in the Sarah Community at all 3 levels of care. It has a very caring staff who called us whenever there was the slightest concern and when Mom passed last year, we felt like they mourned with us because they knew what a warm, appreciative person mom had been. Facilities are nice and there is Mass on a regular basis which would mean a lot to some families. We loved the nursing staff, the CNAs, and the other employees! God bless them for their work. Life is not perfect as our loved ones lose their abilities but this was a solidly devoted place with appropriate accreditation.
