I'm sorry to read negative comments. I have a friend that lives there and is satisfied. She feels safe and like the convenience of parking to her entrance. How friendly and kind the manager is. I have visited often and think its a great plan with club house across the drive. Ea unit has a small patio area at their door and a walking path around the complex. I'm on the wait list and looking forward to living there. JD

Living here since April 2024 and really like the unit I waited years for. It's a Handicap type and previous tenants used wheelchairs. Took the unit due to my Susan's Cancer and eventually needing that walk-in shower and grab bars. In a period of 2 months my dog and her Passed. We got used to hollow areas under all sinks and lower outlets, and the overall Interior Maintenance/Repairs are adequate. The Exterior Maintenance is Poor (trees by units down for months, some destroyed by Ash Bore Insects, and leaves overdue for removal). SHe took 8 months to paint the Heritage Farm stone out front. She said she would evict if someone besides her made an effort. You never see the Office Manager outside, unless she is placing a Rental Increase Envelope on our doors (I got my 1st before my first year was up). I speak for several other tenants. I have been waiting 2 months now for her to get a roofer to inspect my "sagging roof". Residents are smoking in their units and she knows it. Nothing is consistent with the inside and outside regulations.
