West County Care Center - Worked in the dietary department for a year or two with my worker's permit and had a great time there. Met lots of nice people who I enjoyed working with. I also enjoyed talking with several of the patients. The nurses would always steal food off of our food trays... but it was a blast. I learned a lot. Patients were treated very kindly then. I'm sorry to hear of some of the bad experiences.

Ive worked here at this place way back in the day. My job waz in dietary. It was a wonderful experience. Almost married the owners daughter Samantha. The entire Wigglesworths family are awesome. They lived modest in a regular home in West County. The father was the one who was always working on the facility

After 11 years and 4 owner changes, I'm still proud to still be working at this facility. One of our goals regardless of management is to provide the most optimal care to our residents. The team chemistry is inconsistent due to our previous high turnover rate, but we do have some top tier aids, which residents and family can vouch for. Making the perfect team can seem far fetched, but in actuality, we were a 5 star facility at one time. That's the power of teamwork. Give us time to figure things out, trust our staff and upper management, and most importantly listen to your family members. If you have a high enough A&O, see for yourself if you need our help! I'll be the tall black guy walking around helping everyone with a smile on his face
