Me

Winslow Commons is Project Based Section 8 Housing that houses people with disabilities and persons 62+. This add is misinforming. The building is older but the management and owner of the building are trying to make it a better place to live. People need to take care of where they live and have respect for others.

Location is nice, but parking is awful with no security measures taken seriously (entry doors propped open or unlocked, lack of lighting, laundry room is constantly being looted or has broken laundry equipment, lack of maintenance and office personnel). No real amenities for the wonderful seniors living there.

Hallway smells terrible i think that has never been cleaned. The neighborhood always make noise and.You get a tingling feeling when you're riding the elevators like someone's watching you or when you're walking down the hallway it feels like someone is with you.

Hallway smells like an old cloth couch that has never been cleaned. I guess you can say it smells like an old folks home. You get a tingling feeling when you're riding the elevators like someone's watching you or when you're walking down the hallway it feels like someone is with you. Also, the elevators are slow and it screeches. One positive would be that they have a lot of activities for people to do.
