If you're from Grapetree medical staffing, please reconsider picking up shifts here. They put you on the dementia unit and it's a lot of redirecting. The evening aides and med techs are lazy, disappears, and they won't help you. They expect GrapeTree medical staffing to do all the cares, while their staff just passes out medications. There's no vending machine, ice, cold water, or anything to drink there, so come prepared with your own drinks, snacks and lunch.

We went to the building and got a tour. The place was absolutely fantastic. The building was beautiful and the staff could not have been nicer. I would recommend this place to everyone! We have an opportunity to try the food and it was amazing. Absolutely love this place!!!

Wonderful sense of community. The residents are engaging and kind. The building is clean and well cared for. The food is excellent. The age in place model allows independent folks to stay in their apartment and add assisted living services as they need!

The help at 7 Hills are friendly, knowledgeable and trusting. I was having a hard time adjusting to Gerry being in Memory Care. She was struggling. I thought I could help her by being with her, but it did not help her. I finally realized I had to limit my time with her so she could go through the transition. I am limiting my time to 2 hours a day. I have changed my approach while I am with her. We go to the social room and I put on old rock videos. I danced with my wife and Darlene in her wheelchair. Tom sang with me. We may take our act on the road. Nancy joined us. I am hoping to incorporate more of the residents. I love watching Tom and Darlene singing along.

Love Seven Hills! My mother-in-law started living here with independent living, which is basically just renting an apartment with a few meals included, although you can always add more meals. Nearby is a coop grocery store, and many restaurants. Selby Avenue is becoming quite the hop place with all its restaurants! As she got older and needed more care, we started adding services and now she has the "assisted living" package where meals are included, the aides stop in several times a day to give her the medications she takes, and, best of all, they have a doctor who does house calls(!). This last option is called Bluestone, and they can even order lab tests done. There is also a memory care floor, which she would need if her dementia ever gets really bad. I realize that nothing is ever perfect, but whenever mom has any sort of complaint at all, everyone there listens and tries their best to solve any problems right away. It's really great. 🙂 She can have a cat, which is pretty amazing, and we visit often with our dog. She has grown really close to several of the aides, and there's an activities director that keeps everyone there busy. This is a million times better than when she lived alone in a house. Thank goodness for Seven Hills assisted living facility in St Paul!

My Brother Lives at Seven Hills and has been there since November of last year. It a smaller group of units. Maybe around 100. Great Staff and very clean. The Meals provided are good and you can choose your ideal meal plan. We have found it to be a good fit for my brother.

As a social worker in the geriatric world I truly recommend this place for transitioning to an assisted living level of care. The staff really works to understand a new resident’s challenges and goes above and beyond in accommodating the special needs of each individual. The staff are always kind and companionate to communicate with.

We needed a place for my mom to move to the twin cities - she was up on the range. my sister took a tour of this place and loved it. She said the sales person wasn't pushy at all and did a great job explaining everything available. My mom moved in and likes the building.

We love, love, LOVE this place! Not only is it brand-new and beautiful, the people who run this senior living, assisted living facility in St. Paul are fantastic. Ive really learned how great staff makes a place terrific when my mom lived in a couple places, and now that my mother-in-law (pictured) is living at Seven Hills, right down the street from us on Selby Avenue, we are thrilled by how well-run this place is. Whenever we need paperwork done, whenever my mother-in-law needs extra help, the care team and the administrative staff and the food service is there for us. We are so happy.The facility itself is just a block a half away from the Mississippi Market coop when my mom-in-law needs groceries, and some of my favorite restaurants like Red Cow, Revival, and Louisiana Cafe are right down the street on Selby. Wow, when are people going to start calling that area Eat Street? So great! Seven Hills Senior Living has a little pub in addition to their cafeteria (like a coffee house), and theres a real independent coffee house (Claddaugh) right down the street. You know its an awesome location when theres an independent coffee shop nearby! AAA+++

Such a beautiful new senior community located in the Cathedral Hill area of St Paul. My Grandma currently lives here and absolutely loves it. The food is delicious and they always have a great variety. The care and staff are efficient, responsive and always happy and pleasant. I highly recommend.
