My mother has lived at Highland Path for approximately 4 years in Independent senior housing. She has a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, we have to move her to long term care at different place as she needs more assistance. She has loved living here. She joined in on Bingo and weekly mass. She also attended musical events and some holiday events. We always knew she was safe in a very secure building! We never worried about her. There are numerous activities for those who are social. They celebrate monthly birthdays and holidays. We recommend this facility for those who need senior independent living. Some of our mom’s friends moved on to assisted living at Highland Path. They really liked it. I told the housing coordinator that I hope to move there with my spouse someday when needed. We have nothing negative to say about the place.

My mom has lived in the assisted living at Highland Path for about 4 years. It has been a wonderful place for her. The staff are so caring! She has enjoyed the activities, the beautiful dining room, and has made wonderful friends. I highly recommend this location if you or your loved one needs to move to assisted living.

I can't say enough good about Highland Path. My parents were lucky to call it 'home' for 6 years. They started in Independent Living and my father spent a short time in Assisted Living. The closeness of the residents and community spirit was felt by our entire family. The staff was cheerful and helpful. The facility was clean, fresh, and bright.

The Pillars of Highland Park is a beautifully updated community in a wonderful neighborhood. The dining room is amazing...the large windows give the feeling that you are eating outside, but with indoor comfort. I can see why residents choose the Pillars of Highland Park. What a great place to call home!

Back in October 2020 we were considering moving my mum into the independent portion of this facility and I would move in and take care of her there. This did not happen because my mother wanted to stay at an assisted living facility. However, our experience working with Diana and the other staff at The Pillars was wonderful. They explained everything very thoroughly and in complete detail. The tour of the facility was quite good and Covid procedures were followed. The apartment we looked at was BEAUTIFUL!!! I appreciated the large windows and loads of light. The counter in the kitchen was HUGE!!! If I needed a place to stay, I would make a beeline to this place.

My parents moved into HIghlands/Pillars about six months ago. From the beginning, it has been an exceptional experience. The staff is positive, friendly and personally connected to each person there. They greet my parents by name, know their preferences at dinner, and even compliment them on new outfits--that just shows the level of care they take. Our interactions with management have been just as positive, from the activities staff, nursing coordination team and the staff that first showed us the apartment. The moving service they use was also amazing--a quick, easy, and thoughtful move. It was like a Home and Garden TV show--one day everything got packed up and the next day my parents walked into their completely designed and decorated home with everything beautifully arranged--and my parents have really good taste, so that did not go unnoticed. We are so glad we made this move. It has been perfect.

The facility is extremely well maintained, bright and conveys a cheerful appearance. Commons areas are ample and hallways are wide and well lit. The staff we met were neat, well versed and helpful in every way. We were treated to a wonderful lunch as a bonus.

Just toured Highlands of St. Paul with Margie Stanley. She was energetic, knowledgeable and professional and helped us understand what a opportunity Highlands of St. Paul provides us for future care. The facility was clean and neat and appears to be run very well. We will continue to discuss moving in with them.
