Building is nice. Staff is very nice helpful and welcoming to visitors, but takes them 1hr to 1- 1/2 hrs to respond to a call light. Been 2 days to get something we asked for they said it would be an hour. Air-conditioned areas are office areas only. So residents with asthma or breathing problems will have a rough time. Meals are not bad, they seems to have a good variety and selection for everyone. Activities are fun and give residents something to do, however my family member is still waiting for the schedule and someone to get his 2nd air tank.so he can join in on some fun activities. The public bathroom door has a lock, staff made me use a shower bathroom for the residents, instead of giving me the key to use the public one. Social worker (A) is amazing, she is easy to talk to, caring and encouraging to talk to. She is very good at her job.

I have been in three nursing homes, this is by far the best. The food is good and plenty, and the staff is wonderful. There are a lot of activities to keep me busy, I love it here. I'm being placed in assisted living soon, I'm really going to miss this place.

I had the privilege of being at the Chateau but a little over a week despite some problems that came up there were there to fix them right away the food was pretty good I must say I'm very very picky and I didn't think there was a problem with their food at all communication is very important and they make sure that if you have a problem they find a way to fix it one way or the other and they actually listen to you they don't talk at you they talked with you and that's a huge thing in my book besides the food residence there are very welcoming so I really don't have a bad thing to say about this place at all so I do give it a five-star thank you so much for all your time that you took with me physical therapy and occupational therapy they work you hard and that's good because that's what we need we need somebody who's going to help us get stronger not sit there and kill time so again I thank you very much

Under the circumstances with the covid outbreak short staffed qand everything You all did the best job possible and I have nothing but the upmost respect for each and every one of you. And I do not blame you for not wanting my mother to stay there any longer. Thank you for all that you have done and again I apologize for my outburst.

I have two family members that are currently at the Highland Chateau, I’m happy that they are in a safe environment where both of them are receiving physical therapy, I ask them every time I go how they have been treated and they tell me they are treated good, and as long as both of them are telling me the same thing I am happy to keep them here, however if I am ever told that they are not treated good I will have zero hesitation putting both of them with another provider , but I am happy this is not the case and that this facility does care for old people and they do treat them with respect - thank you.

My Uncle has been at Chateau Highland since early March, I am so impressed every time I'm there, starting with the warm and friendly staff. My Uncle has had the best care and has been treated so respectfully. I have been informed of everything that's going on, their communication has been outstanding!

So grateful we found this facility for my Mom. The staff truly cares, and the more your family is invested, they are invested. This is true ANYWHERE...help these facilities take good care of your loved one, by being invested, too. The PCA's Nursing Staff and Administration make us feel safe and cared for.
