Although the area may not be the nicest, the apartment was a gem in the rough when it came to management/maintenance which can be the determining factor for how a renting experience can be. I've enjoyed my stay even with a few wobbly situations all thanks to good communication from Sarah.

The apartment units themselves are nice. The building is old and in need of maintenance. The carpets in the hallways are dirty and need to be replaced. Also the hallways, at least in the third floor, smell like pee. Not worth the amount of rent they are asking for.

The area is not the best, but the units are beautiful, management is very nice and quick to fix problems, only real downside is the relatively small out door parking lot if you own two cars. Very affordable living, very quiet and chill place to live.

If you park your car in front of this property without permit it will be towed and you will pay $325 to get your vehicle no if's or buts

Located in a crummy area. The building and units themselves are nice clean, up to date, and reasonably sized . The management was good to me. Parking accommodations were horrible. If you did not have a garage space they only offered 12 parking spaces. Their over flow parking was shared with a school that often had events leaving no reserved parking for tenants.
