The management and maintenance staff Kara and Mike are enthusiastic, problem-solving and helpful, making this community a caring place for residents to call home. Sharon and I decided to move here 3 years ago from our 5 bedroom home in St. Paul. The management and maintenance are excellent. A very friendly and happy staff. We both feel welcomed here. We have many new friends at the Hendrickson. It is a welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable group of residents who live here. My favorite part is the resident run and maintained gardens. (with support from management) We spend time with our friends in those gardens many summer evenings. The property is next to the University of MN test fields. Great for walking! Like living in the country. Plus, you can see the fireworks from the state fair from the patio. Jim and Sharon

I moved in after my husband of 25 years died - it was the perfect choice! It's close to work. The Apartment and surroundings are beautiful. And more importantly I found a community of new friends. (And I got to have my beloved cat too).

I wasn't sure about apartment living but I couldn't have selected a better place. Apartments are spacious and well designed. Walk-in closet with washer and dryer plus linen and coat closets. Underground parking/assigned spots. Location is convenient for shopping, banking, etc. The Community Manager, Marissa, is always willing to answer questions and assist in any way. I highly recommend The Hendrickson!
