Arbor memory care My mother has cognitive impairment and dementia. She moved into Johanna Shores in January. The facilities are beautiful and very well-maintained. The staff is well qualified, very engaging, and very supportive. The activities that residents participate in are fun and interesting. Overall, I feel it is a great place for my mother to be.

This facility has kind and caring staff, clean and comfortable common areas, excellent food and activities. The staff communicates well with residents and families. The on site medical care is also excellent. Our family member is happy and well cared for.

We can't say enough good things about Shoreview Senior Living. The facility is well-kept and has underground covered parking. Our mother lived there for three years until she passed away just recently. She lived the vast majority of that time independently, but then had the help she needed when the need arose - which is exactly what we had all hoped. Throughout that, the team at SLL led by Luke and Kinsey were professional, friendly, and compassionate in all our interactions with them. We are very grateful for their hard work and their kindness.

Staff that cares directly to residents is great and I believe less turn over then other assisted living facilities. The administration and head nurse, although knowledgeable, lacks compassion and did not leave us with a good lasting impression.
