My Grammy seems to be very happy with the accommodations as well as the staff at Brookdale. She has had no complaints to me, only praises and compliments. She was also very grateful that she got to keep her kitty with her upon moving in. I can say that definitely helped her feel more at home.. I find the community feel of the entire building and staff to be very pleasant and comforting. It is a beautifully decorated and well cared for building from everything I have seen and every single staff I have gotten to meet and know has been so wonderful, welcoming and overall just amazing to both myself and my Grammy as well as the other residents there. All in all, I would definitely recommend Brookdale to anyone who has a family member who may need some extra care due to memory issues or disabilities. It is a place where you can be sure that your loved one is cared for and about as you would want them to be cared for and about.

Thank you for making my Mom feel welcome at Brookdale and for encouraging her to engage in exercise and the other lovely activities that you organize each day. My Mom's activity level throughout the day improved as did her appetite and health. I think she felt empowered by walking to the eating area and exercise area, we also enjoyed the patios. Visiting my Mom at Brookdale, seeing that she dressed every day and more active made visits was so wonderful and provided us with great comfort. Thanks to all of the friendly staff and also allowing visits from pets:) 1

I moved my husband from another Alzheimer Care Center to Brookdale and was so glad I did. From the Executive Director to the PCAs, they know and care about their residents. The nursing staff is excellent. You can be a part of your loved ones care team: you are considered an asset not a nuisance. If you cant be involved, know your loved one will be included in all activities and looked after. You will have piece of mind.

My mom, Dorie, has been at, Brookdale, since, June, of 2020. Previously, she was at another facility that did not compare to, Brookdale. She has received real care and compassion from the staff at Brookdale. It really is the, PEOPLE, who make the difference. If you are at the stage with your loved one where you are looking at memory care, Brookdale, is a place you should consider.

Ive worked at different Senior Living communities. Brookdale North Oaks puts in the extra to make residents, staff, and family members feel like part of a family. Of course as everyone has had many challenges this year with covid; I feel Brookdale North Oaks has tried hard to make residents and families still feel connected and engaged.

My mom lived at the North Oaks residence for 10 years and just passed away last week. The exceptional care and attention she received here by the loving care givers, we believe extended her life by many years. The staff became an extended family to my mom and to us. This was the third assisted living place where mom lived, but the only place where when I left her after a visit, I did not have to worry about her constantly and hope the staff was taking good care of her. Brookdale North Oaks has been a loving home for mom for a decade and provided me piece of mind over all those years that has been a invaluable gift to a child of a parent with dementia. I would recommend them to anyone who has a parent in need of exceptional memory care.
