Moving my parents into this independent living community over 18 months ago was one of the best decisions our family has made. From day one, both the residents and staff have been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. It didn’t take long for my parents to feel at home, which gave us so much peace of mind. The sense of community here is truly special”there’s always something going on, and people go out of their way to include and support one another. The staff consistently go above and beyond, not just in meeting needs, but in building real relationships with the residents and their families. More recently, we transitioned my dad into the memory care unit within the same building. While this was a big change for our family, the experience so far has been just as positive. The memory care staff have been exceptionally kind, patient, and welcoming, helping make what could have been a difficult transition feel much more comfortable and reassuring. We are so grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and warmth shown by everyone here. It’s clear that this is more than just a place to live”it’s a true community that cares deeply about its residents.

I cannot say enough about Savage Senior Living at Fen Point If you have a parent who is looking for a new home, this is the place for them. My mother has been there for 2 years, and I cannot say enough about how great this place is for her to live. It is safe, the staff is remarkable, and the activities are many and outstanding. Savage Senior Living at Fen Point has everything a senior could want and need, including weekly shuttles to the store, arts and crafts, movies, monthly town hall meetings, games, bingo, church, exercise classes, holiday festivities, seasonal activities, salon, and so much more. Savage Senior Living at Fen Point has created an excellent environment (home) for my mother. She has a full, safe, and active life. We are so thankful for Savage Senior Living at Fen Point. I love living here. I feel safe and am very comfortable in my apt. It's great to have so many friends & I enjoy interacting with them. I love the activities and the crew do a fantastic job of keeping us entertained and they provide good exercise programs. I would recommend SSL to anyone.

My mother has been in memory care for over 4 years. I love the place, the staff in memory care are so friendly, nice, take such good care of mom, she is always dressed nice, hair pretty, nails trimmed. Her apartment is clean, smells good, bed always made. Mom feels she is home. She always has a smile on her face and is sitting with the same people. At meals she points out the beautiful view. She has a bird feeder her brother-in-law made for her and a plant hanging outside of her living room window, she points it out when I'm there. I stop at random times as I'm in sales and she is usually hanging with a group doing something, or reading one of her magazines. I feel so good with where she is at. She is happy, well cared for and has made friends. Staff is amazing. Sandy

Savage Fen has been a wonderful place for my in-laws. Linda went above and beyond to help make them feel welcome-and help me convince them to move in. She helped me coordinate everything, from the care suite to memory care. Deb goes above and beyond helping my MIL make phone calls and making her feel included. Emily makes everything fun! The staff seems to stay, with very little turnover, probably because the atmosphere is so welcoming and people all are so kind. The nursing staff communicates regularly. I would recommend the Fen to anyone!

It's always a Good Day at Savage Senior Living! There is so much friendliness and team warmth. Someone is always willing to help, I would recommend Savage Senior Living, to family and friends. All are encouraged to participate in activities both inside and outside. There is a large patio with a fire pit overlooking the Fen Pointe. The residents are treated with dignity and respect and the employees, likewise.

As you walk into Savage Senior Living it feels like home from the beginning. All residents greet you with opened arms. Meals and activity options are incredible, you can be as busy or as relaxed as you want to be.

Wow!!! My siblings and I toured 5 other places prior to finding Fen Pointe. Linda is amazing to work with and made it extremely easy in our decision. The staff and facilities are amazing. My mom calls it Home after only a few Months. I want to thank Everyone at Fen Pointe for doing an amazing job keeping My mom safe and secure. Job well done!!!

My grandma and grandpa lived at the Savage Senior Living at Fen Pointe facility for the last few years of their lives. They were both quite hesitant to move into an assisted living facility, but over time, they really came to love it. The residents are great, and the entire atmosphere in the building led my 90 year old grandparents to remain quite active in their old age. We also became very close with the staff, almost like they were an extension of our own family.

I have been involved with the staff and residents of Cherrywood Pointe for about 9 months. I bring in a parent/child music class where we get the added bonus of having "grandfriends" (residents) come and join us for the class. I have been nothing but impressed with the courteous and friendly staff who always seem to have a smile! The residents seem well cared for and very happy. I have also brought musical groups to Cherrywood Pointe to entertain the residents. The staff is so helpful when planning such event. The residents and staff are very willing to show their appreciation. I would easily recommend Cherrywood Pointe.

Nice looking, very expensive, but seems not up to par for Fed Disabilities requirements since they have no "panic buttons" for cases where power and equipment failures leave tenants trapped between entrance doors or for an emergency in public areas, etc, etc. Water tastes bad. No pool or hot tub. Internet so poor, erratic and slow that apps needed for health and other essential support of residents don't work. Official reports to residents "we're looking into it" never get follow up reports of progress or goals. Previous manager reported as much better. Some residents hire their own support staff and are planning to move to a regular apartment and save over $2k/mo for improved services and amenities.
