Ive lived at Heritage Place for twelve years. I dont think you can find a better place to live in the northwest metro area. We have maintenance people who keep the building in excellent condition. The management cares about the welfare of ALL the residents. The residents are truly neighbors and friends. Check this place out.

We feel so fortunate to have found our Father a wonderful home here at Heritage Place! After leaving his home of 45 years, we werent sure how the transition would go. Thanks to the helpful and caring staff, the well-built and beautifully maintained building, he acclimated better than we ever expected. Its clean and quiet and all of the residents weve met so far are kind and welcoming. He feels comfortable and at home here and we all couldnt be happier!

Whenever I go to visit my friends at Heritage, II am always so impressed with the grounds, ammenities, friendly people and wonderful staff. The inside is beautifully decorated... always so fresh and clean! I especially love the Billard Room with Fireplace! Its very nice to sit and visit in the Community Room, where the coffee and laughs flow! What a GREAT PLACE!!

We moved my mother in law to heritage place over a year ago. We are so happy with everything they have to offer. The people that live there are friendly and helpful and the people that work there are wonderful.

To live at Heritage Place is a privilege. We have a wonderful staff. Shane, our manager is a wonderful man who will do for anyone who needs help or wants to talk. He goes the extra mile. Ryon, the maintenance tech is always more than happy to check and fix anything in your apartment and does it cheerfully. We have two ladies, Sue and Milica who are in the office weekends. Both are wonderful. Thank you Shane, Ryon and ladies for making living at Heritage Place HOME!

I have looked at many buildings and this by far is the cleanest, best kept and affordable. The man that gave me a tour was very professional and kind. The people that lived there were very welcoming. If there was a draw back it would be that they currently had no availability. I will wait for an opening.

I have to add to what I typed in my review months ago:Last fall our large outdoor patio went thru a change. A pergola was removed and a new concrete patio was poured. Yesterday I had the pleasure of enjoying the new furniture that had been added this Spring! I was afraid without the pergola that the summer sun would be rather intense! But the umbrellas and living room atmosphere that has been created is amazing! If there is change here, its always for the better! Thank you Heritage Team Staff for always making us feel so wanted and welcome!I LOVE living at Heritage Place! It safe and so clean and everyone here is happy to be in this environment! Its 55+ and I happen to be one of the younger residents, but everyone has a youthful attitude and takes the time to say hello and truly cares how you are! Shane is the Manager of our residence who does all he can, for each of us, to make this home. Ryon does our Maintenance and is so quick to respond and is very careful with my pets. I cant imagine renting elsewhere. Every accommodation is made to let us know we matter!

I have lived at Heritage Place since December of 2017. I felt right at home from the first time I walked through the front door! The complex is wonderful! My apartment is beautiful and I have made many friends. The staff here is friendly and helpful! There are so many activities available to do. Right now, I am only involved in a few of them, because I work part time and I also help out my daughter and grandson on a regular basis. Im so glad I only live 10 minutes from them, instead of the 1 hour commute I use to have! Im so glad I moved here and that I am part of this community, my second family!

My grandma lives at Heritage Place. When we walked in for a tour we were greeted by Shane the manager and also by a resident asking if we would like to join the coffee group for a cup of coffee. The building was clean, updated and very inviting. My grandma is very active with the other people that live there, they play bingo, Wii bowling, exercise group and coffee socials. There was a white linen Mothers Day Luncheon for the ladies and their guests. It was fun to see my grandma dress up and enjoy the afternoon. I would recommend The Heritage Place to anyone and I know my grandma is happy.

For us it was love at first sight --- We werent just looking for an apartment, we were looking for a place that was warm, friendly – a place we could call home. We had looked at several apartments in the area and were ready to give up. Our answer came the minute we rang the doorbell at Heritage Place in Rogers MN. The minute manager Shane Chambers opened the door and greeted us we knew we found it.We moved in last November and were warmly welcomed. Our apartment is cute and we love it – when we arrived a sign on the door said welcome home – and home this is.Heritage Place has a warmth to it—a caring atmosphere with caring and friendly people. Smiles and laughter are everywhere – hugs are available when needed. Our little dachshund Denali got used to the new routine and the other Heritage dogs and loves the attention she gets. Manager Shane and the rest of the staff are very caring and have been very helpful in getting us settled – theyre always available and friendly.For us it was love at first sight – Heritage Place is not just an apartment complex, but home to a caring and close community.Lee and Ricky

I have lived at Heritage Place for many years. It is a place I can comfortably call home. My neighbors are very kind, they look out for one another. We have many activities and entertainment. The maintenance man is always right there when you need him. I have never had a problem that was not fixed that same day. The manager is the best we have ever had. He is professional yet a very caring, compassionate man. I believe you will not find a better place than Heritage Place.

Heritage Place is a rare apartment community where you can feel safe, interact with others as much as you choose, enjoy friendly building management on site and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently There are ample opportunities to visit with neighbors and engage in activities such as cards, bingo, line dancing and Wii bowling to name a few. In addition, there are special occasion gatherings in the community room to celebrate Holidays and a monthly birthday gathering with coffee, treats and conversation. There is a true caring environment here which you dont find in larger, more impersonal buildings; residents genuinely care for and support one another!

The decision to come to Heritage Place was the best one Ive made in quite some time. The apartments are gorgeous, the building and grounds are beautifully maintained, and there are plenty of planned activities for all to enjoy. Although I am pretty new here, I have found everyone, including staff and all my neighbors, have been very warm and welcoming. The community here definitely makes you feel like you a part of a family!
