We’re so happy that we found a new home at Heritage Place for our aunt. We knew almost immediately upon our first visit that we had found what we were looking for! The apartment is spacious and bright with extra secured storage close and convenient! Heather is so easy to work with and really made the whole process painless! Hello All, I have reviewed where I live, Heritage Place, in the past, but I wanted to update this today. I have lived here for 7 years now. And the reason I've stayed is the comfort level and feeling of security is something I truly feel. After the time I've dedicated at this building, I know many of the residents. They are kind and want to get to know others. I am one of the younger residents at our 55+ community. I still work full time so I can't comment on the activities that are offered, although there are many. Our building is clean and the lighting is bright! We don't have the amenities of many new buildings in the area, but we have a staff that really cares. Heather is our Property Manager. She is amazing! Heather has great ideas that generate involvement, invites our input, and daily puts forth effort to meet the needs of residents. Kevin is the Maintenance Director for our building. He's knowledgeable and efficient. I trust him in my home for repairs when I'm not able to be there. I hope this review generates the interest our Apartment Complex deserves. It is a wonderful place to call home!

I have been there for many activities through the Rogers Senior Center. The building is warm and clean. The residents are friendly. Shane, the Manager is second to none. He is there for the residents and spends his time off planning activities for them with the Senior Center. Great place!

Great place to live. There are 75 units, and most everyone is friendly. Small dogs and cats are excepted. Office personnel is kind and helpful. Very clean building inside and outside. They work very hard to keep it clean and nice. There is an outside patio for everyone to enjoy. They also have 12 raised gardens for residents to grow plants in. Free underground parking, security doors, community room and a T.V. room that has a fireplace. The community room can be booked for family gatherings and ither large groups. It had a full kitchen that is equipped with dishes, glasses,coffee maker, and more. The community room also provides silver snickers, Wee games,bingocoffee hoursr, catered meals, card, and more. The T.V. room can also be booked, this room is beautiful and offers movie nights and relaxation. This is a 55+ building that truly cares about the people who live her. Everyonee looks out for everyone. Highly recommend living here. We're very happy here.

We feel so fortunate to have found our Father a wonderful home here at Heritage Place! After leaving his home of 45 years, we weren't sure how the transition would go. Thanks to the helpful and caring staff, the well-built and beautifully maintained building, he acclimated better than we ever expected. It's clean and quiet and all of the residents we've met so far are kind and welcoming. He feels comfortable and at home here and we all couldn't be happier!

For us it was love at first sight --- We weren’t just looking for an apartment, we were looking for a place that was warm, friendly “ a place we could call home. We had looked at several apartments in the area and were ready to give up. Our answer came the minute we rang the doorbell at Heritage Place in Rogers MN. The minute manager Shane Chambers opened the door and greeted us we knew we found it. We moved in last November and were warmly welcomed. Our apartment is cute and we love it “ when we arrived a sign on the door said welcome home “ and home this is. Heritage Place has a warmth to it”a caring atmosphere with caring and friendly people. Smiles and laughter are everywhere “ hugs are available when needed. Our little dachshund Denali got used to the new routine and the other Heritage dogs and loves the attention she gets. Manager Shane and the rest of the staff are very caring and have been very helpful in getting us settled “ they’re always available and friendly. Heritage Place is a rare apartment community where you can feel safe, interact with others as much as you choose, enjoy friendly building management on site and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently There are ample opportunities to visit with neighbors and engage in activities such as cards, bingo, line dancing and Wii bowling to name a few. In addition, there are special occasion gatherings in the community room to celebrate Holidays and a monthly birthday gathering with coffee, treats and conversation. There is a true caring environment here which you don't find in larger, more impersonal buildings; residents genuinely care for and support one another!

The decision to come to Heritage Place was the best one I've made in quite some time. The apartments are gorgeous, the building and grounds are beautifully maintained, and there are plenty of planned activities for all to enjoy. Although I am pretty new here, I have found everyone, including staff and all my neighbors, have been very warm and welcoming. The community here definitely makes you feel like you a part of a family!
