Comfort Keepers is the best care agency in the Twin Cities. They are really good about staffing, have 24 hour availability if there are issues, and have many really skilled, caring caregivers. We contacted Comfort Keepers prior to bringing my mom with Alzheimer's back from living in a memory care in another state, with her husband. They were attentive to the needs and concerns we had, and were willing to help make dad feel cared for too, even though he wasn't a client at first. They set about working with us, to get a care schedule that fit our needs, and eventually a team of caregivers was in place. Lori is OUTSTANDING, and always is loving and gentle with mom. They ALL are. When emergency needs come up they worked especially hard to help fill the gap, and if a caregiver is sick they try hard, and often succeed to get a substitute caregiver in place. This stage of life isn't easy.

Comfort Keepers do just what their name implies. They enabled my husband and I to remain in RosePointe senior apartments when he was terminally I'll. The staff are marvelous and help in a multitude of ways. Always cheerful, patient and competent. And flexible when the need arises. I am grateful for the help they provided both my husband and me to make his final days comfortable.

We got involved with Comfort Keepers after my mom fell and needed much more care than her assisted living facility could give her. Our main caregiver, Mirriam, was with her all through the Pandemic lockdown, all through hospice care and was with her at the moment of her passing. She was an Angel on earth for my family through this heartbreaking time when our visits were so limited due to Covid. She was there. She cared for my mom as if she were her own mom. We are so very grateful.

Everyone from the caregivers to the office staff and owner are so wonderful to work with. I began working for Comfort Keepers at the end of last year and I just really enjoy my position and the mission of the company! When I proudly tell others about CK they are always so blown away that we are actually living and breathing that mission each day with every client we serve. The owner is a superwoman, smart, creative, funny, compassionate, with a big heart and she always finds time to be supportive and truly values each and everyone's opinions. I guess it makes complete sense now why so many people love there positions at the CK in Osseo/ Hopkins and we have the ratings we do! The environment is a fun, laid back, smaller family friendly, flexible company with competitive pay that provides top notch, interactive, custom care to a variety of clients in the metropolitan and suburban communities.

While my dad received services from Comfort Keepers for only two months, the care, attention, and companionship he received were excellent. Here are just two examples. The care coordinator, after interviewing my dad, asked for a couple of days to adjust some caregivers' schedules so she could make a good match for him. She assigned a young woman who chatted with him, joked with him, and learned to play cribbage from him. It was a perfect match for his situation. Another example is that I left a biography of my dad on the table and suggested she could read it, if she were interested. Instead, she chose to read it out loud with him! She would ask questions and he would add to the narrative. Such a thoughtful, caring and engaged decision on her part. Unfortunately my 99-year old dad needed more care and had to move to enhanced assisted living. We were sad to lose our contact with Comfort Keepers.

My experience with Comfort Keepers has absolutely exceeded my expectations. The office staff is excellent. It's easy to tell how much they truly care about my needs. Scheduling is flexible, which is important to me because I only need help for eight hours a week. My caregiver is amazing. She always has a cheerful disposition and it's easy to see she has a desire to help people in many different ways. I had two joint replacement surgeries and the care I received afterward was professional and compassionate. I was able to request extra hours for a few weeks, then go back to my regular schedule. I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone who needs some extra help for themselves or a loved one.
