My mom has resided here at the Osseo location since last year and I absolutely LOVE this place! The care is great. My mom is VERY happy here and enjoys her apartment very much as well as the staff that helps take care of her. All the residents here are so nice and helpful to each other. Very clean and the communication is very good. Caitlyn is great at getting things done! If I ever need an assisted living facility, I would pick this place!

When my daughter and son in law realized that providing home care for me was more than they were able to deal with, we looked for an assisted living community as an alternative to what had become a difficult situation. We toured several, all of which were very nice, however, they were very expensive and none of them offered as much in house care and accessibility as the Benedictine Living Community Osseo. It instantly felt like "home" and "family". All of the staff, in all of their departments, are truly caring and compassionate towards the residents and our needs and concerns. St Vincent's Catholic Church, which has a perpetual Adoration Chapel, is directly across the street and the good Fathers and deacons come regularly to the Benedictine. For those residents who are mobile, there are many convenient stores and places of interest on Central Ave. For me, coming to live here is / was like walking into heaven! I love all of my "family" / fellow residents and all of the staff. The Benedictine Living Community Osseo is now my home and I thank God for the blessing of the same. Yours in Christ, Wm B Harrell

Good afternoon my Clinic, the associated clinic of psychology, has partnered with this facility for many years. Staff are friendly, supportive and attentive. The leadership team is highly responsive and forward thinking. We’ve had a great partnership which leads to improving the lives for the people who lived there and the family who support them. We highly recommend this facility in the great work they’re doing. Doing work and facilities as long as I have I am well aware nothing will ever be perfect but leadership and responsiveness to issues is Paramount and this facility does a very good job.

BLC Osseo is a wonderful, welcoming home. I have gotten to know the staff personally over the past couple of years and couldn’t be more impressed with their dedication. From the administrators to the kitchen staff, everyone cares about the residents and does their best to create a warm environment. The apartments are generous in size, very clean, and well appointed.

Our family chose Benedictine Living Community-Osseo; it is warm and welcoming, with an impressive team of friendly, knowledgeable and caring professionals. Our family appreciates the exceptional medical care by nursing and caregivers, great dining and activities, and dedicated community team that provides a healthy, safe and supportive environment for preserving wellness. The team is kind , respectful and responsive while continuously making improvements including a beautiful remodel. We’ve also appreciated the variety of 3rd party solutions (i.e. pharmacy, physicians, beauty salon, spiritual support and more), which has allowed us to have a better continuity of care for our parent. The only thing I wish they had was a receptionist; that position would be beneficial to residents and family as a first point of contact for questions, information and requests. I truly appreciate the team at this great community!

The community is recently renovated and the rooms are being updated regularly. The staff here at Benedictine are kind and helpful. My grandma loves the food selection and stays busy having fun with activities happening throughout the week. Thank you all for everything you do

The resident Council has found that the new carpets and lounge furniture are a great addition. However, the continued echo-chamber dining hall is way too loud. The foreign aids can't be understood with language barriers and call lights take too long to be answered. These are the top three problem areas which are not addressed and lead to poor resident experience on a daily basis. From our resident council

My mother - in - law, Barb, lived in the memory care portion of Steeple Pointe in Osseo, and it was such a blessing! We looked at so many facilities and this was one of the nicest, and had such a homey feel to it. Amy, and Kristel took wonderful care of my mother -in- law, as well as having sincere concern for the rest of our family. Everyone there truly loved Barb and took amazing care of her. The staff is compassionate, caring, resourceful, and timely. I never felt as if I was bothering them with anything, no matter how large the problem. This is a wonderful place to live, and I can't say enough good things about it!
