My father was admitted to this facility earlier this year, and my family and I truly cannot say enough positive things about our experience. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-trained in caring for the elderly, especially residents in long-term memory care. The level of compassion, patience, and attention they give each resident is remarkable. If we ever had to choose a long-term memory care facility for a loved one again, Boutwell would be our first choice without hesitation. From the very beginning, the entire staff took the time to get to know our family personally. Over time, meaningful friendships were formed, and we always felt genuinely supported as they helped guide us through such a difficult chapter in our lives. My father passed away while at the facility, and they honored his life so well. Words cannot fully express how much it meant to us to see the love, care, and compassion they poured into my father every single day. Just as importantly, they showed that same kindness and support to our entire family, and for that we will always be grateful. Laila

I would like to thank ALL the caregivers at Boutwells that took excellent care of my mom. Her nurse Maria was kind & caring, Courtney spent time making my mom smile & laugh, Both Beth's went above and beyond for her. These are just a few & there are many who deserve a shout out! Our family could not be more grateful for the care my father received at The Gables at Boutwells Landing. From the moment we walked in, every staff member treated my dad with dignity, respect, and genuine love. They made us feel as if we were in our own home. Every person you passed in the hallway greeted you with warmth, and that spirit of kindness never faded. The care team who looked after my father went above and beyond in every way. They made sure he was comfortable, safe, and cared for with dignity throughout his final days. They supported our family during a difficult time with steady kindness, patience, and reassurance. I am profoundly thankful that we were able to get my father into their memory care. We could not have asked for anything more. I can’t praise them”or thank them”enough for the way they cared for him, and walked alongside our family until the very end.

I want to give a shout out to my nurses that took great care of me during my brief stay!Huge shout out to your physical therapy and occupational team as well!Just days after my surgery your physical therapy team had me walking, climbing in and out of bed by myself with having two immobilizer braces I learned to do the impossible with help from not only physical therapy but occupational therapy as well! I can't wait to return to visit my friends and show them walking without a walker or braces on! Thank you for playing an important role in my recovery and cheering me on every step of the way!

Boutwells Landing is a continuing care residential community (CCRC) which includes a large independent resident population in townhomes or apartments. This community is a caring community with lots of diverse interests, and a commitment to support community services and social justice efforts. Many daily services such as cafeteria, dining room, market, library, wellness center, movie theater and more “ available as part of the options to meet our daily needs as independent residents as well as to stay active and healthy.

My mother has been at Boutwells Landing for several years. She loved it. She has made friends and plays a lot of bridge. It is not inexpensive but a very nice place to live for a senior citizen.

Walked in the front of the building to talk about Hospice and all of a sudden I was invited to stay and meet with several professionals from multiple backgrounds to help Seniors. Wonderful and informative staff!!

My Grandpa came to Boutwells after having a heart attack. The quality of care he received was amazing! He previously stayed at another place in Stillwater and it was horrible ! My grandma described Boutwells as walking into heaven, such a beautiful place. The staff really took the time to work with him each and everyday to get him in the best shape possible, as well as focus on any special care he needed. We’re always there with any requests or questions , kept the family updated throughout the whole process and had therapy 6 days a week! Cannot day enough good things about Boutwells! Thank you so much for helping my Grandpa so he could come home as soon as possible!

My father spent 18 days here after suffering a hip fracture. He was very well cared for during his stay. If my dad was to review his stay, he would say they have the best dessertsSteve, the p.t was extremely patient while being firm in his expectations.
