I had worked there on Oct 19th for 3 hours and I found out this position was not for me as I am hard of hearing. I called [Name Removed] the next day and left a message that I could not work that position. I have repeatedly asked for my 3 hours of pay and they have not paid me. For this reason alone, I give them a bad review and I will report them. Do NOT work here. Horrible place.

I worked there 4 years ago and now my grandparents are live here. This is an amazing place for the residents. They have so many activities and the staff really gets to know each resident personally. Right now during the quarantine we cant visit our loved ones and they are so good about giving updates online and telling us how they are doing.

I worked there for 2 years and it was one of my best workplaces Ive had. The staff is so welcoming to the new residents and its the same staff I worked with back in 2016. We just moved my grandparents into Brightondale. I know theyll love it and my grandma even says the food is good. (Shes a picky one, so if she likes it, it must be good)

My wife used to live at this facility and it was the best one she has lived at out of 3 different places. This community has assisted living and a memory unit. They were newer when my wife moved in but they were good at working out most of the kinks. The care was really good for what I was paying. I would recommend this facility to other families.
