We couldn't be more thankful for the staff and facilities at New Perspective Minnetonka! We had no idea where to turn when dad required Memory Care, and met with numerous facilities looking for options. Two long-time friends recommended New Perspective Minnetonka to us. When we met with them, all our questions were promptly answered and the process of moving dad there was seamless. The nurses and care staff have been quick to communicate any questions or suggestions for better care options for dad, and we really appreciate the peace of mind that gives us! Since he's been there, dad's overall health and happiness has noticeably improved. He truly seems to be "home" there, and that means everything to us!

Colleen was very empathetic and truly wonderful to work with when assisting our family with locating a family member in the Minnetonka New Perspectives. She understood the parameters with which we were dealing and located the unit that met them. The facilities are well maintained and there are many opportunities and activities in which residents may participate.

Mom had a respite stay of seven weeks. The room was bright and roomy, had a comfortable bed and easy access shower. The food was good with entre choices. The center has daily activity programs with caring staff. The rooms and facility were kept clean and maintained. While this was a winter stay, they have nice outdoor patio.

I am a resident here and I love it! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quaint with adequate space. The community rooms and areas are kept clean. I highly recommend NEW PERSPECTIVE as your next home.

I would recommend New Perspective Carlson Parkway to those looking for a senior living community. I am a resident here and am overall happy. There are a lot of friendly people here that will be happy to smile back at you. The staff are friendly and they try their best to please you. I have made some friends for a lifetime. They have a good choice of activities and encourage you to mingle with others. If there were one thing I wish they did better at it would be to have better food options available to ensure a proper nutritious meal.
