This was my first happy hour here, and I sat with a really nice group of people and made a start at getting acquainted and -- I hope -- making some new friends.

Barb, was amazing. I move from Canada and Barb handled everything virtually. Constant communication, updates and everything I needed to get moved in. The building is beautiful, clean and has everything you will ever need. The tenants have been magnificent, and so welcoming and warm. I highly recommend Avidor Minnetonka if you are looking for your next home.

I want to give a "shout out" to Denise at Avidor Minnetonka. Denise is the one who coordinates all of the social activities for the residents. She goes over and above with her planning and implementing activities for the residents. She also leads a phenomenal exercise class.

I just recently celebrated 1 yr at the fabulous Avidor Minnetonka . I knew the first day I walked in , it was the place for me!! And it has not disappointed . The staff has been amazing. Fair, kind, fun, and attentive to all individuals . Lia is the kind of Director / Leader that makes me feel safe and cherished as a resident . I've also made so many new friends - the residents at Avidor are the best !! Thanks to everyone who has made my new journey in life so perfect

My husband and I really enjoy living at Avidor Minnetonka so far. The building and amenities are top notch. There is always something to do; scheduled events such as watercolor painting, pencil and charcoal drawing and mosaics to name a few. I really enjoy the group exercise classes with 3 Click fitness - such as, yoga, stretch and tone, and strength circuit. We love the twice weekly Happy Hours. The social aspect has been great, especially during the COVID pandemic because there is always someone around so we never feel isolated. The best thing is that we don't have to drive anywhere to meet neighbors and friends. The staff is so friendly and helpful as well. Anyone thinking of moving in order to enjoy a more carefree way of living, should come and tour our facility!
