My husband and I are looking forward moving here soon! We are not tenants yet. However, we have to say, the staff here are exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Lara and Saije were incredibly welcoming and made us feel great about making a decision about making this our new home. We highly recommend this place if anyone is looking. Lara and Saije seem like they really cared and has made our decision very easy!

I've been here for a month now and I must say I believe I've found my forever home. I am very happy here. The neighbors I have met are very friendly. I love my apartment. Thank you Bren Road for accepting me as a tenant.

Newly furnished! Very nice playground for children. Sub-level parking garage! However management is corrupt and allows a lot of underage people to live here. (Confirmed by current residents) Sometimes I wonder if it is a senior apartment complex. ”

I recently had an issue with my sister's car being towed while she was hospitalized. Being out of state I could not deal with getting the car back timely and was told by the towing company that holding the car would be $50/day. Ashley Barron the facility manager worked as my advocate with the Corporate team to not only have the car towed back but also helped negotiate a lesser price on our behalf. Ashley was wonderful to deal with-kind, compassionate, professional and really a great listener! Thank you Ashley!

We are enjoying our new home at Bren Road Station. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. The complex is well maintained and secure. The residents we have met so far have been cordial and willing to welcome you into the community.

While I very much like my apartment and many of the building amenities, the property management has seemed much a disaster. Finding and keeping a worthy manager would brightly change my impression.
