Signe Burkhardt Maynor is a public housing residential property building it is one of many owned and and operated by Minneapolis public housing authorities and yes there is a waiting list, however MPHA is not for everyone. You must have Serious reason or situation for needing this, and you must have a County worker as well as must also meet the requirements of the public housing authority.

Signe Burckhardt Manor is a good place. Actually it's great. It's one of those places which actually give information of the activities and programs that are going on. Right now, I can't actually say much about the place because renovation is going on, but it's a clean place and it's for people with low income. You pay only 30% of whatever you earn. The room is just big enough for one person and you bring your own furniture.
